“Had to reschedule due to glass being cracked during loading of the truck. Tech was very professional and apologetic for the inconvenience. The Tech is the only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 2. Safelite should implement a quality inspection at the warehouse to avoid inconveniencing consumers.”
