“I had a great experience at SoapsnSuds laundromat thanks to Imana. I was having trouble checking my balance on my laundry card, and she kindly stepped in to help with a smile. She not only assisted me promptly but also took the time to educate me about transferring the remaining balance onto another card so I wouldn’t have multiple cards to manage. I told her nobody has ever gone out of their way like that for me before, and I truly appreciated her helpful attitude and professionalism. You all are lucky to have such a wonderful person working there!”

“Superstars I gotta say, setting appointments with other people, and nobody was reliable, on time, confirmed or was punctual, I spoke to koals at 10:00am and he moved his schedule around and showed up to my boat at 6:30-7:00pm stayed a few hours and made sure it was ready to go into the water, he knew I was in a rough situation and helped make the situation better, this is what a small business is all about, I own my own small business and I wanted to have another small busine”

“Sam’s Xpress Car Wash staff is friendly helpful and hardworking. Facility is clean. The staff use signs to indicate you should pull up and put your car in neutral to go through the car wash. I like that feature. Unlike Green Clean Car Wash who uses hand signals which can be confusing in the moment. Green Clean Car Wash parking lot is difficult to enter and exit. Unlike Sam’s Car Wash which is easy to enter and exit. I will be going here to wash my vehicle. Great facility.”

“This is a good car place I've been to many many car washes and this laser car Wash actually does the job and it actually gets everything done so I'm really happy about my car and the way that it looks I just wish that when it dried my vehicle it dried it all the way put the vacuums don't last that long but they still work.”

“Great self wash place. Exactly what I needed and it was super easy to use a credit card there versus other places. Really like the fact that it keeps the timer going and you stop it when done versus paying for 5 minutes at a time and having to reswipe like other places.”

“2021 Explorer. Wash does a great job on the front, top, and sides, but like most car washes doesnt do much for the rear and I still have to clean that independently when I get home. Has a free vacuum service which is nice but the suction is shared between units so if there's alot of people it will have weaker draw.”

I rated high because of the service I received from your employees Troy and Austin - I hope I got both of their names right. They provided me exceptional service and truly cared about helping me - and they did not have to. Because of them, I plan to tell others about your carwash. “If your car is bad bad, might not be the best idea, had to spend more than I wanted to get it done, but it got there, good pressure, brush could be a little firmer but that's being picky. Has a credit card option which was why I didn't go to the place I stopped before this. Went to Smitty's across the street afterwards which I also recommend ?”
