“The best experience and place to buy your flooring needs. We recently had carpeted replaced in the bedrooms and LVP in other rooms. Carpet Mill provides the best service, a great selection of flooring, best prices, and a professional team. I was very impressed with how great a job the team did removing our old flooring, moving furniture, and installing the floors. We have used them in the past and will continue to do so.”

“My hardwood floors are beautiful! The options of flooring to select from was diverse and Rick explained about the differences. The installation process was explained, they set the install date, and completed the job on time. The experience was seamless and I highly recommend Just Floored!”

“Having been raised in Hampton, VA, I was familiar with Abbey Carpet. However, I had never before done business with them. For the most part, I was very pleased with their customer service. I felt like their goal through the entire process was to make me happy with my floor purchases (carpet, luxury vinyl plank and bathroom tile) and installation of same. They were very accommodating with my schedule, and I am very pleased with my products. Any concerns I had were swiftly cared for, and I do believe I got a good, fair deal. My only concern was with the business end of the process. I had to pay close attention to the details of the charges to make sure they were accurate. However, any questions I had were quickly addressed and corrected as necessary. I do LOVE all of my floors, and I would choose Abbey Carpet again and recommend them to others.”
