If you have a baby younger than 6 months I wouldn’t bring them here. Our 3 month old was left on his back on the floor screaming all day. The only time he was picked up or interacted with was to change his diaper and feed him. They don’t try to help the smaller babies take naps. So if you care about wake windows and your small baby getting even minimal interaction I would avoid this place. It only took 3 days for us to decide this was not the place for us.

My daughter has been here for about a month now. It’s was a difficult transition from being at home to going to daycare but the staff helped us transition over effortlessly. My admiration to Ms.Tina in toddlers 2 because she always has the time to get my daughter from our crying arms and soothes her. My daughter is glued to her hip and Ms. Tina is so patient and kind and so are the other teachers in the classroom they are all so kind and caring for our kids. We truly to feel comfortable with childtime for our child.

I am writing this review in hopes that it helps other parents considering this daycare. I toured this center and, knowing that I was watching her, the teacher in one of the classrooms put her hands on children several times during my tour (swinging them by their arms aggressively, grabbing their shoulders and pushing them down against the wall while yelling at them, etc.). Everyone's top priority when looking for a daycare is their child's safety and the fact that she was so comfortable taking her anger out on the children right in front of someone that was touring the facility was alarming.

We have been at childtime since my son was an infant! The staff has always been wonderful, kind, compassionate and truly care about the growth and wellbeing of my child and all children under their care! Not only do they have fantastic staff, the curriculum is FANTASTIC! My son not only loved going to school, he has learned so much!! He is 4 years old knowing all his shapes, letters and sounds, colors, days of the week, months of the year, holidays and concepts of print! He is READY FOR KINDERGARTEN! We are so sad to leave due to a military move, but if you are looking for a safe place with people you can trust to care for your little one, this is the place to be! Thank you ChildTime of Hampton for being apart of our son’s growth for 4 long years!!

My nephew has been attending Childtime of Hampton for 3 years now. He has always been happy there and the staff are always so welcoming. They genuinely care about the children and it's evident each day. I really enjoy the care circle option for SproutAbout so that family are able to feel more involved in his experiences there. Summer is starting off well and he's excited about the on site field trips coming up.

Our son has been going here since he was 5 months and we love it here! It is so hard to find people that you trust with your child, but I’ve never once worried about that here. The teachers are so engaged with the kids and you can really tell that they care about your child. The administrative staff is so helpful with any questions or concerns you have as well. Highly recommend.

My child has been going there for a year. We love it and he does too. Dropping him off each day we are confident in our child's safety. Even at a year old he is learning new things each day. The staff are wonderful and they know us by name.

I was going to write an essay but this company isn’t worth it. I’ll just give the proper rating .

We found Child Time of Hampton in the midst of the pandemic and moving. And we are so thankful to have found them. Our son has flourished and grown so much it’s incredible! We have grown to love everyone that works there. It really is like one big family. Even though a lot of schools have been struggling with finding teachers and caregivers, Child Time of Hampton has exceeded all our expectations and standards with child care and development. It made us sad to go as our child has now gone off to Kindergarten but the people of this establishment will have a place in our hearts always.

We are so grateful to have found Childtime of Hampton for our first baby, who was here from 3 months to 16 months. In that time he bonded with all of his teachers who treated him like family and helped him learn so many early life skills such as sharing and washing hands. He had so many firsts and milestones here and we loved seeing his day through pictures and messages. We are forever grateful and will miss you all as we move on to our next chapter out of state!

Not a great place for kids. When our son was here, we were shocked that the teachers had them stay on their cots for 2 1/2 to 3 hours every day. That's against state laws for childcare. When we told Amber that this problem was not okay with us, she justified the problem rather than apologizing. Apparently when they're short on staff and "out of ratio," laws and proper childcare become optional. The concern was eventually addressed, but not until we'd talked several times with multiple levels of management.

We came to Childtime during the pandemic and after 4 months of keeping our daughter home with us, she had a tough time going back. Everyone was extremely kind & patient as she transitioned back. Over the past year, we have watched her growth exponentially thanks to the amazing teachers and staff at Childtime. We appreciated being able to check in on her throughout the day with the video system. And the app made it easy to communicate quickly with the staff about anything we needed. It was not easy dealing with COVID protocols but we feel they handled it extremely well and worked constantly to make sure our whole family was comfortable. We are going to miss all of the staff at Childtime as we move to a new state. We will be forever grateful for everything they did for our family!

If you are looking for an infant program, run away! We are so disappointed with this daycare facility. At first, I was very pleased with the building, appreciated that they had cameras and provided daily updates on feeding, changing and nap time. The cameras played a huge role in our decision to enroll our baby in their infant program. However, after FOUR DAYS, we took our baby and left running. We did not have camera the first two days but once we were finally “approved for camera access”, we were enraged! My husband, sister and mother in law, and myself consistently checked on the baby throughout the day and saw horror after horror. Babies crawled all over my child, and one baby sat on her. She had to yank her arm from under the child - I watched the entire thing! No one noticed. No one saw a baby about to flip out of a bouncer he was entirely too big for or another baby almost hitting a baby in the head with a toy basket. When I went to change my daughters diaper after the fourth day, her diaper was SO TIGHT, her legs, thighs and bottom were red and raw. She screamed whenever I touched it. We witnessed our child lay on a blue mat, screaming all day. Teachers would walk right over her and wouldn’t do a thing. However, they did make a point to pick her up whenever it was almost pickup time, FINALLY. (for like ten minutes)If you’re a parent, don’t take your infant here. I went in thinking my child would be cared for, looked after properly, stimulated and entertained, but was angry and displeased in the end. 0/10 Do not recommend.
