Usually don’t visit this one, but saw they were the only one open at the time I was in that area. Went in for boots and the ladies that were working welcome bed me in. The young lady that rang me up made me laugh because we were talking about the boots being on clearance except the ones I wanted and like two other pairs. Saw some cute shirts I will have to come in again to check out.

The store and atmosphere was good, until my checkout process. The cashier smacks her teeth because I wanted two of my items on a separate transaction before checking out, and then she just drops receipts without putting it in your hand. She has to have better service then that dealing with people, if she having a bad day she should have been doing stock instead of the manager. I was so disgusted with the service I received, I turned back around and got a picture of her.

Citi Trends is a nice store to get "Fashions for less" ? We appreciate that they carry extended sizes. Their inventory has been limited since the start of the pandemic.
