If the service representative wouldn't have been so rude and inconsiderate during my experience, I may have been able to give a better review.I came to CPR upon a recommendation from a friend to get my screen repaired quickly. When I arrived, the representative (white male with glasses and brown curly hair) informed me that they did not have my screen and would have to put an order in. Fine. So I paid a fee and was told that when they received the screen, I would receive a phone call. I waited for days and weeks. Never got a call. So I come back to the shop and ask if my part came in. He replied that it came in but since they 'called' and 'never heard back', they returned the part. When I asked when they called, he said that he couldn't remember. They had no log of when they allegedly called and I also never received a voicemail from anyone....sooooo, instead of him apologizing for the mistake of sending back the part without contacting me or informing me (which could have been an honest mistake if he called another client by mistake) he began to get aggravated deflecting the blame, saying that it's not their fault that my part was returned and that my part would've come in days from when he ordered it. I understand... but I NEVER received a call from this company. I have my phone on and I was literally waiting to hear from them to get my phone fixed! Also, when I ask for a refund, I'm told that I can't receive one since they ordered the part and allegedly called me when the part was ready. Except they didn't call me, didn't leave a voicemail, and just sent back my phone screen unbeknownst to me. So I had to wait AGAIN for them to order a new screen and replace it on my phone since I couldn't just get a refund and go somewhere else for business. The same guy said I would receive a call back by Monday. Once again, I didn't receive a call and had to reach out to see if my order came in. So due to this company's negligence on multiple occasions, I will not be back for business or make any recommendations to them. It bothers me that the customer service didn't at least have the decency to admit when he was clearly in the wrong (TWICE) and couldn't at least apologize for the inconvenience at the very least.

A true nightmare, aggravation, time, and money wasted. If I give a negative star, i would. I took my phone for a charging issue since t-mobile couldn't fix it. OK, a charging port. A few hours and I will have my phone back. It took 2 days for the part since they didn't have it, OK? I had to purchase a cheap phone so I could live and work. 2 days came, and they said it would be a few more days because it was a bigger issue and a piece was broken. No cost to me, which was great. Meaning. They messed up and tried to fix the issue. Took home. Several hours later, I didn't want to charge, and the screen keeps blacking out. Called and told me to come back. A week later, I had the same darn issue. Called and said that the issue was happening with us. Why give me the phone back with the same issue. Gave them back the phone, someone else everything is fine. Each time I told them not to wipe clean my phone, there are documents that I need and important legal documents I need for court. . Nope, I'm still having the same problem out of money time and patience. Now they are telling me its a software issue because of the apps I have on my phone. Never had an issue until they touched my phone. Went in with a charging issue left with a broken phone. Never once did they apologize for them, fu..... up or time wasted. Will I ever go to these people again. They were rude and incompetent.

Broke my phone while traveling so had to scramble to decipher how to use my warranty. CPR Cell Phone Repair was the identified repair shop, and once they received my confirmation code, my repair was complete in 1.5 hrs. Phone looks like new...as expected, but this was absolutely hassle-free. Professional and friendly tech.SUPER HONEST...I pre-purchased a screen protector, but there happened to be one included in the repair kit. The tech could have simply said nothing, BUT he game me the option to keep the stock one or install the upgrade...He restocked the SS to retail with no hard selling on anything, really happy! Thanks so much.

I am profoundly disappointed with the entire experience I had with my daughter's cell phone repair through this company. This process has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my frustration by giving a 1-star review.We initially filed an insurance claim due to a cracked screen on my daughter's phone. Assurant Insurance told us that we could take it to the CPR Cell Phone Repair shop on Todd's Lane in Hampton, VA. Regrettably, this was the beginning of a series of problems.Following the screen repair, we immediately noticed severe audio issues. After contacting the company, we were instructed to return the phone to the same shop for a second round of repairs. It turned out that a wire had been crimped during the initial repair, which caused the audio malfunction. This raises questions about the quality of work and attention to detail at the shop.But the issues didn't stop there. My daughter encountered recurring problems with Bluetooth connectivity, leading to constant freezing and locking of the phone when using her headset. Despite ruling out headset-related issues through troubleshooting, we were left with no choice but to return the phone to the repair shop for further evaluation.To our dismay, the repair shop informed us that the motherboard had malfunctioned and that they were unable to repair it. We were advised to contact the insurance company for assistance. I strongly believe that this situation would not have occurred had it not been for the negligence during the initial repair, which ultimately led to both the audio and motherboard issues.The entire experience has been a tremendous inconvenience, and it has left us with a malfunctioning phone and a significant amount of frustration.I cannot express how deeply disappointed I am with the service we received. This has been a time-consuming, frustrating, and ultimately futile process.

Their ok they charge way to much if you got to pay out of pocket but if you got insurance it ok
