Everyone I have come into contact with have been very professional, always smiling and yes even wearing a mask you can see the smile in their eyes. And they have always taken care of my needs. Best service I have ever had from a banking institution. I always feel like I'm a part of the family.”

“The inside of the bank was closed when I pulled up 10 minutes prior to them closing, due to the system being down, and I really needed to get a check cashed. As I was getting frustrated, the clerk Mr. Yohan immediately gave me two other options (the mobile app or the atm) to deposit my check. I asked him to show me, due to me not being good with technology, and he showed me step by step how to do it from my phone. Great example of exceptional customer service.”
