Every month one of my Prescriptions sent in are placed on a hold, I dont understand why and when I call, I get attitude and rushed off the phone, well I wouldn't have to call if y'all would stop putting my medication on hold for no reason.

There is always a wait. ALWAYS. Why? If we're coming for meds, do you think that we may not feel good already? Then we have to come and wait FOREVER to get our medications? I just had surgery! You all need to get it together, because the wait time for the pharmacy is RIDICULOUS and that's what this business is known for.

I thought they were open 24 hours? I've been waiting for someone to pick up the phone since 4:30 am. I thought if I called in the middle of the night, I would get through. I guess not.

My go to CVS! Get the CVS ExtraCare card and you will save SO MUCH! Especially great for parents with babies. I was able to utilize sales and stock up on diapers in advance. I can usually find what I am looking for, sometimes stock is low. Customer service is good, I feel welcomed when I arrive and any questions are generally answered. Their pharmacy is my favorite, their staff is so friendly and hard working.

You will not find a Pharmacy that works harder than those at this CVS. This pharmacy will go above and beyond to help you find what you need, if RX has to be ordered it usually arrive the next day. I have had to deal with other major Drug Store( do to insurance) for filling prescriptions and none were as kind or took the time CVS does. I appreciate you CVS. Thank you!

CVS Pharmacy. Bad rating for clerk not attending to the front desk when either a customer has entered or is patiently waiting at the check-out lane to make a purchase.Also, I suspect that the sales clerk would need to occupy duties related to her job other than concentrate on other's not so important.Would there be an opportunity to schedule a meeting with one of the manager's concerning thevMoneyGram center and all of the disturbances from the sales clerk to use that system.??All of the time to send money.
