I arrived at 8:26pm and when I walked into the store the pharmacy was closed!! The sign on the door says pharmacy closed at 9 everyday except Sundays. This was very inconvenient.

Apparently the drive thru is closed do to staffing and safety reasons. Probably gonna find another pharmacy because this location sucks

Rudest staff in the pharmacy department I’ve ever encountered !!! Every single time I have any encounter with anyone in that department it’s always attitude or smart remarks specifically TJ and Kema. Will be discontinuing utilizing their pharmacy department today was the last straw if you don’t like your job find something else to do !

This review is specifically for the pharmacy - My doctor called in a prescription and when I went to pick it up, they had me in their system, and even showed me my previous address listings, but they assured me that they didn't have anything for me, nor did any other CVS have prescriptions for me. I contacted my doctor who sent me over the "Phone Counter" order and stated that he called it in again. I went back the next day and the pharmacy was closed despite the hours clearly posted there on the counter. They decided to close early? My doctor's office did warn me, that they were "being dumb" so call him back if there was still an issue.

As soon as they connect you the pharmacy the hold music starts. Then none answered after 45 min no one. Not even to answer the phone and say "Please Hold" then sent me to elevator music. Nope they just didn't answer at all.

This is one Dirty, unorganized CVS. Came to this location to pickup some cold medicine. The walk way down the aisles were cluttered. Had my niece with me and she had to use the rest room and let's say this location needs some serious upkeep. Filthy and smells like urine.
