Garbage they tell u scripts are ready for pick up and their not ready for pick up so then they tell u to come back in 30 mins place is straight trash always a line with 8 people standing in it waiting for 20 mins or so and only 2 people working behind conter and

Waited in line for 15 minutes, when I got to the front of the line the lady said she was closed for lunch and walked away. The pharmacy looks like a junk store, very unorganized, the staff has been rude on multiple occasions. I think that CVS needs to actually properly staff their pharmacy, and the employees that are there need to actually be trained. This pharmacy is a train wreck and has been since Covid.

This store is very unorganized with every person that works there including the pharmacist always giving out incorrect information. One person will tell me one things, then a different person will tell me a different thing. When my wife called regarding my prescription one person told her the medication was not in stock. When she was on hold for the pharmacist the pharmacist stated that she had the prescription and I would be notified when ready, the pharmacist would not give my wife any other information regarding my prescription despite the fact that she always has in the past and there was never any issues. I have been using CVS for years, however with the lack on consistent and professional information I may be taking my business elsewhere.

According to Google, the pharmacy closes at 6:00pm. I arrived at 5:14pm to a closed pharmacy. There was a sign that said 5:00pm close on Christmas Eve, which is tomorrow. No where else could I find any indication that the pharmacy should be closed at this time, and when I stopped and asked an employee, they indicated that they thought it had closed prior to 5:00pm today.

I just received my second dose of the shingles vaccine at CVS in Hampton at Target. Joyce did an outstanding job of administering the shot. What a game changer! I barely felt any prick on my skin at all! Ask for Joyce if you need to receive a shot! She is outstanding!!

You wait in line forever while they joke around with one another. Requested a medication refill online THREE times before it was filled. Unacceptable service. Once in a while sure. But EVERY SINGLE TIME???
