Maybe I’m old-school, but I value customer service a lot. For those that are not meant to work in public with people, should not be working at dollar tree. This is one of my favorite stores to visit, but yet every time that I do, these young workers that are in high school, have the worst customer service and are so rude! The unprofessionalism is Ridiculous. The young Hispanic male that was checking out my items, had zero customer service meaning there was no hello how are you or thank you have a great day. More so he was too busy focusing on his phone than making eye contact with any customers. What a shame to be this young and unprofessional. Please retrain your employees to have a good vibes, for professionalism and some sunshine in their aura. You never know what a person is going through so a little hello how are you goes a long way.

They seem to have forgot to get cash today. Employees were frustrated and they were accepting cash and just not giving change. This frustrated customers.
Lots of failures here.

Good place for deals. There's a very nice guy who will greet you as you enter. I like the little flavored packets for water bottles.

The store is great to shop in. I come here for craft projects all the time. However, the employees aren't helpful to each other and customers. Today, I was waiting in line for at least 20 minutes, listening to the gentleman at the door calling for help while the manager refused to come up. Valarie was the only cashier at that time and was very sweet to everyone in line.
