My husband got me Mother’s Day flowers here and they were almost all dead or smushed when he payed almost $100 for them. The strawberries also had a terrible smell to them. Breaks my heart when my husband spent about $250 on everything for me here.

I had to leave 1 star because there is not an option to leave less than a single star. If you are looking to surprise or celebrate a loved one the Hampton Colliseum Edible Arrangement location is NOT where to order. First, this order was a two part order and they had only one part of the order (which was not the correct chocolate, white instead of milk). They did bot have the second part (a cookie box) at all. When we called to check on the missing portion of order, no one would answer the phone. We had to call corporate customer service. The Hampton Colliseum location promptly put corporate on hold and did not get back to her. Corporate called again, and they did not answer. Eventually, she did get through. We were told that we could go to the location and pick up the missing part of the order and they would correct the wrong part of the order. I drove to the location 25 minutes away assured that they would correct the situation. I arrived at 7:15 because they xlose at 8. The doors were locked. 3 employees were inside looking at me. Finally, a gentleman opened the door, informed me that they had no orders left and that they were closed. He pulled the door tight and locked it...WHAT??? Corporate customer service closes at 6, so no order correction, no replacement for missing portion. The long and short, DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!! I personally will never use Edible Arrangements at all, buyer beware of this franchise in particular.

I ordered an edible arrangement for my wife to be delivered on Valentines day and when she recieved it the arrangement was a mess due to it being flipped upside down in a bag and the balloon i ordered with it was popped. My wife called and explained to them the issue and they offered to make another one and send it at a later date in which she said no. I called them later and told them the issue also and they said they can remake it and send it at a later date or give me a refund in which I asked for a refund. I have contacted them about my refund multiple times and it's almost been a week and I have yet to get my money back. I have been an edible arrangements customer in the past and never had a problem but this time it's been bad business.

The fruit arrangements are always made fresh and tastes very good. The staff could stand to be a bit more friendly.

I placed and paid for a same day delivery order with this establishment for a friend who unexpectedly lost her child. Not only did the arrangement not get delivered, there was ZERO communication on why. I called this store over 20 times trying to reach someone, left a voicemail and all prior to the close of business, and to no avail. No one answered the phone, nor did anyone call me back, after a $100 purchase. They completely dropped the ball for a grieving family. I am livid and will never spend my hard earned money with them again.

The people at very kind, helpful, and patient. I have poor English skills but they helped me with my order and calmly explained everything to me. The food was also very delicious and sweet. The fruits were big, juicy, and sweet and definitely worth the money.
