We had ALOT of issues with our insurance company and dealing with rentals while pur car was stuck at the shop but this team was extremely understanding every time that we had to exchange rentals or extend them. They were always friendly and never judged which is something I was worried about, after we dropped off the rental they came to pick it up at the car shop we left it at and I called a few times with questions about the deposit and stuff going back into my account because we had JUST paid for a new week renewal and didn't even need it anymore, everytime I called I got Courtney and she remembered me each time and always helped me and reassured me which alot of employees don't do anymore and they're just bothered by having to actually do their job. She was amazing with everything and I forgot how to fill out their survey but if I knew how I would give her 5 stars on everything!

We reserved a car at the Mercury Blvd location in Hampton, VA the night before. When we arrived for our rental it took 45 minutes to actually get the car. There were approx 50 cars in the lot. The people were very nice but terribly understaffed.

At one of the Hampton VA, Enterprise locations I turned my keys for the return and was told by the desk staff that the rental was closed. One week later I am in the process of picking up an car in an Annapolis MD location. The agent there said that the previous rental was not closed and I had to call theHampton VA site to close it. After getting routed to several corporate locations I did get to the staff at the Hampton VA location. They closed it (actually rather rudely). Not clear why “Enterprise” could not solve this themselves (that is by the Annapolis Location staff). My complaint is about the lack of proper closure at the Hampton VA site and the poor service in solving the problem at the Annapolis site. Shame on you guys!

All of the representatives there have a nasty attitude. Like someone is forcing them to be there. In addition, the rules and regulations stated online when I make a reservation I completely different when I go to pick up. The security deposit you mentioned online was not the same as it was in store and I was told could not make my payment with two separate cards. I was also I was charged for going through the toll when I had my own transponder in the vehicle. The toll cost was $22 when the toll itself is only $2.50. Turo is the way I will go from now on.

I will not rent from this location again. The people there are rude! I got a call to extend my rental and I asked for them to give me a min to run my card because I needed to transfer funds. He said “ well ion understand why I can’t just run your card” I’m at work I’m the middle of a call n he refused to let me call him back. So I said can you hold on he says “ mmhm” very rudely I rent from enterprise every other week n I refuse to go back here.. not to mention the car wasn’t cleaned n someone left their weed in the car smh ??♀️ I will NOT be back n if you don’t answer the first call they start calling jobs and back up numbers immediately don’t give no time to call back so they were calling my mom instead of giving me a few to call back … NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Horrible experience. I scheduled my pickup for 10:30am. Didn't get my car till damn near 12 noon. Was told by one person the car was outback getting cleaned. When I asked again later, I was told the car was being brought from another Enterprise. Then the manager got smart with my friend who decided to ask questions and pretty much threatened to take the rental back. I was running late with everything I had to do that day because of all the time wasted waiting for a car that wasn't even there. They could've at least informed me of the situation knowing I'd been there since 10:30am. No issue with the return.Will Not return to that one.

I will be contacting Corporate regarding this particular Enterprise. The employees are complete scammers and rip-offs! I booked a 2-day vacation from Thursday until Saturday morning with the return/pick-up time being 11AM through the app. Based on using my points, the final estimate was $78 + 300 deposit. By the time I arrived at Enterprise, the estimate dropped to $66. Even better! On Saturday morning, I spoke with Enterprise and let the young lady know that I was going to be an hour late due to traffic. She stated that was fine and they closed by 12PM. Overall, the vehicle was turned in by 8PM that night. The next day, I received a phone call from the same female, telling me the returning deposit is $193 instead of $300. She asked if I'd like to know the major difference which I agreed. Her response was that $34.80 was removed because I returned the vehicle on half tank (mind you it only took $20 to fill from half to full), and that the after lockbox for the keys charged me an additional third day for the vehicle although I hadn't met the 24 hour billing period. That alone didn't make sense to me! Now, looking at my rental car agreement I just received, it has my deposit as $137! ENTERPRISE HAS OFFICIALLY LOST ME AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER! THEY CAN KEEP THEIR POINTS!

For the Hampton location on Mercury Blvd. the customer service was good. Unfortunately, the exterior of the vehicle had not been cleaned. The interior smell like smoke. By the time they were able to provide me a luxury vehicle. I no longer needed their service.

This is the biggest and busiest Enterprise outside of an airport in VA. Staff is friendly, although can be a little disorganized at times. They worked with me for both a pickup and drop-off, which was greatly appreciated. The rental car itself was kind of dirty, but good enough for what the week I needed it.

The rental had a crack on the passenger side window with cigarette burns on both drivers and passengers side seating. Returned the car on 7/30 (a day in a half/two days early). Was able to switch the date through app, which ultimately caused my entire rental to disappear ? it has not reappeared and I have yet to receive my $300 deposit + 2 days unused (receipt as well). If I don't receive anything by this afternoon, I will be filling a civil suit complaint.
