Everytime you call you get a machine that tells you to put in your tracking numbers & when you say the numbers and / or put them in, the machine still does not understand & tells you to call back when you get the numbers & hangs up on you

I give this particular facility 5 Stars because my experience while visiting was very good and I highly recommend using these guys if you need to ship via fed ex.
