Yesterday I was supposed to get my furniture between 11:20am and 3:20pm just to find out at 7:30pm they wasn't coming. No one can tell me anything and it's just been sitting at the Hampton location and no movement and now I don't have a delivery date. I'm so furious. Zero stars if I had to pick.

Crazy how I’m home waiting for my expensive package and I SEE THE DRIVER PASS MY HOUSE AND NEVER DELIVER MY PACKAGE. Then have the audacity to say “attempted to deliver”… where? Because I literally saw DEVONTA DRIVE PAST AND NEVER EVEN STOP AT MY PLACE. I WAS WATCHING FOR MY PACKAGE. But you attempted right? With the picture of the metal panel in your truck. I have chronic medical issues that stop me from carrying my packages distances ESPECIALLY loading and unloading them in and out of a car. Customer service claims they can’t do anything or get ahold of anyone so no one wants to help expect “I can put in a note”. No help for anyone.

It is disaster and people cannot control business why they Offer the kind of services
two days in a row waiting for a shipping and the truck never show up when I called them. They only say we apologize. What can I do with that? Apologize if you can’t keep the promise to the customer to deliver in time, don’t give them delivery window this company deserve zero out of 10.

… my package updated with this message 6 days ago, saying out for delivery, and has not had another update since. FedEx is completely unhelpful in locating my package.

Package was supposed to arrive yesterday. Got delayed for no reason. Then was supposed to arrive between 1p-3p today. Got delayed again for no reason.
For a package delivery company, they’re not to be trusted to deliver packages on time.
Then they refused to take blame and basically told me “tough luck you’ll get it when you get it”

There should be a lawsuit against this place. Been waiting for packages. Then I see on a Williamsburg Fb page that FedEx dumped a large load of packages for the Williamsburg/Toano area behind a building & left. What crap!!

Horrific. Zero communication. On several different occasions, they are unable to follow through on their own policies. The hub employees are rude and ignorant.

I really don't like fedex. I always have a problem. I get emails and text saying my package is on its way. I rearrange my schedule so that I can be home for it. It never comes. Each day it's the same thing. Then when I call fedex, I can't talk to a real person! I finally go to fedex location only to find out my package has been sitting here for 5 days!! No one has ever attempted to deliver it at all. This has happened to me every time I expect a package from fedex!! And the place is right around the corner from my home! On the first floor!!

If I could give a 0 I would. It’s impossible to get ahold of a human, the deliveries that require signatures they’ll deliver “when they feel like it” meaning if you want your package expect to have to take the day off, if you do manage to get ahold of a human they talk down to you like you’re garbage, and instead of holding your package after the first attempted delivery, they’ll try to deliver it 3 times meaning whatever is in it will definitely be broken by the time you receive it. I can’t wait for the day for FedEx to go out of business, hopefully it’s sooner rather than later because I can’t fathom why anyone would intentionally use them, especially in Hampton.
(I’ve had issues with every single one of my 6 packages that required signatures)

This is the WORST facility and there has to be a way to hold them accountable! Every package i have received through this facility has been either late or lost! There is no way to contact them, as the number provided only goes to an offshore helpline. They need to be investigated as withholding mail is a federal offense!!
