Worst customer service experience of my life. How is a FEDEX facility pickup hours only from 4-6 PM?? What kind of mail service is this? Had to go pickup in person because the shipper put my zip code one digit off and they called me and told me they wont deliver the package because of that. I asked kindly since they had my phone number and were talking to me if they could still deliever it since they knew where it was supposed to go and was told "um no" and that I had to pick it up in person. I drove an hour one way only to find out they would only hand me my package from 4-6 PM. What kind of business is this? Zero customer service.

I erased old addresses, called them to have old addresses removed. Put a permanent address on record. And still delivers to an old address 7 years ago. Why can't they just deliver to the address provided!!!! Always change delivery service if it ships with FedEx or don't order from the company that just provides FedEx. U will not receive your goods. Do not attempt to go to a house you don't live at either

Placed an order on 9/22 and received No updates until 9/29 and that update came via saying my package was out for delivery 9/23. Im thinking how can it be out for delivery for 6 days. Got another text update today 9/30 saying my package was delivered 9/25. Still no package no one at customer service knows anything i have a “case” open

Terrible!!!!!! Took forever to speak to a real person!!! Got hung upon several times, got told tough luck and to file a claim . Went back and forth between the company I purchased the item from was getting told something different then me. They said the label was messed up, but when I got the package I could read both the old label and the new label.

Thank you Hampton FedEx for the horrible customer experience where I have to ensure to be home because your drivers either leave $500 dollar tvs at the stairs of a 36 unit apartment. Or the fact that I've had over 1k worth of merchandise left this way and some items were stolen. Or the fact that your drivers love to throw packages. #dobetter

After my last experience, I have said, I will cancel any order that I see is being delivered by FedEx. They completely messed up my order by not delivering when it was supposed to be delivered and then making me go and pick it up, but sent me to the wrong location. I wasted more gas and time trying to find my package.

They kept telling me they attempted to deliver my package but that was a lie. I have them on my ring camera pulling up to my house, sitting for a couple seconds then driving off. The delivery drive never even got out of her vehicle. They have done this twice with the same package. Now I have to pick it up myself.

What was essentially a minor error took 3 weeks to correct because the customer service call center could not correct it but also refused to escalate it to someone that could until I called every day.

Tracking online said package to be delivered on a Friday, no delivery friday..Saturday morning tracking states delivery attempted no one home..customer service through phone is useless..one bright spit was when I showed up at the Hampton facility after pickup hours and an employee tried his best to help me out..fedex please explore better options for customer service to home deliveries

Horrible setup for customer pickup! No pickup parking, intercom system from the 1980's, long wait times, most of the people that work there have bad adttitude.

I paid for next delivery and only received a partial delivery. It's been 4 calendar days and I'm still waiting for the "1 of 3" package of the 2 packages I received. I've spoken to 4 reps and now all of a sudden the address isn't correct. How!!?? The other 2 packages made it here just fine!!!! They keep apologizing and I don't want an apology. I want my refund for the service I paid for and never received! And I want the other piece of my couch!

The Hampton facility has to be the absolute worse. I have been trying to receive a package from them since Aug 3rd. I initially order the package through Walmart I tracked the box all the way to Hampton where it was delayed then they said there was damage to the box. I reordered the box and again tracked it all the way to Hampton. It went from on a truck for delivery, to out for delivery, to delayed. Saturday morning I checked to see if it was out for delivery and it then said pending, only to later find out that someone had went and marked it delivered. Saying it was delivered the day prior at 1:00pm. This box weighs 148 pounds there is no way I’m over looking this box I looked on my ring camera not to mention I was home all day waiting on the package. Something needs to be done about this either someone is there stealing packages or they are not delivering them because they are lazy and lying about it.

Horrible horrible delivery service and customer service I’ve I try not to use them at all I rather use the post office at lest I know odd get my package every time I order a package and the sender sends through fedex you guys all ways deliver to wrong address an I end up waiting extra days just to find out what’s going on if I can I will never use you all service I go through ups…

I will never use this company as a knowledgeable delivery service. They cannot read addresses on boxes. This is the 2nd time in less than a year where the driver has delivered to a wrong address in the neighborhood. They sux!!! The USPS is slow but they deliver to the correct address.
