Terrible service from the girls, today I went to get a pair of Adidas Superstars, since there were no 9.5 in Newport News and all the girls had a bad attitude because my wife and I speak Spanish, especially a girl with green hair, I asked her to try on another shoe and she just ignored me, at the checkout my wife spoke to me in Spanish and they made racist gestures, disappointed in racist people like them

Terrible and unprofessional customer service. One guy was supposed to be looking for something in the back for me but started checking someone else out (there were several others that could have checked out). Girl walks up & asks am I ready to check out. I tell her no I’m waiting for said guy to check something in the back bc I’m trying to do an exchange. She gets item from back and rings me up. I say once again I’m doing an exchange. “Oh I can’t do that!” And walks off. Manager comes out attempts twice to do the exchange. FINALLY get it exchanged & security alarm goes off. While manager is checking for tag, 3 other employees are just standing around talking, drinking Capri Suns and texting. The 3 proceed to talk about me (while I’m standing there).

The custom service was great. The workers I remember their names were Jaydon and Isaiah, they were very helpful in helping me find some cute pink shoes!

I walked in the store and all of the workers were silent and didn't speak. No greeting, they just stared at me and my friend as if we bothered them by being inside or if we didn't belong? Honestly we were so thrown off by the energy and the way we were treated we just left. I would go to a different sneaker store in the area like foot locker on mercury, or try out the finish line in the Patrick Henry Mall.

The girl at the register wouldn't let my 13 year old son try on a pair of Nike's to see if they fit because "they are too popular." I'll give my money to another store that let's us choose the correct size.

First in the door upon opening on a Sunday. The store's employees were so helpful and friendly that it only took 10 minutes and I was walking out the door with my purchase. Thanks Guys!
