The staff took care of everything once I signed the paper work and sorted out what we wanted. They were easy to reach and responsive with I had questions and worked with me remotely since I live many hours away from VA. “We just had our tiny little Jolene Teacup Poodle cremated here. We waited while the process took place in the funeral home and Kevin helped us through everything and we were comfortable sitting on the sofa. He is very kind and caring as he sat with us during the process.
I would definitely recommend this place when the unfortunate time comes.
