Went into the GNC soon as i walked in i was greeted and the lady Nicole she came from behind the counter, assisted me even helped me with the price matching, she is a sweet, professional lady, she deserves a 10 star in my eyes. All the questions i asked she answered them. I was at the Hampton GNC coliseum Dr. she rocks will return.

Nicole “Cole” was superrr helpful this morning! I went in looking for a specific product so I didn’t have to wait on Amazon to deliver, and they had what I wanted in stock.
They also offered an Amazon price match and had the whole store BOGO 50% off. Made my day-thanks Cole!

How are you open until 8 pm but when I show up at 4 the store is locked? Open sign on, lights on, phone off. Unacceptable

Arrived at 1015 to the store. Store is not open. Sat in parking Until 11. No one has shown up yet. If you’re going to run a business, at least open up on time.

The customer service in this place is horrible. I came in yesterday to get protein powder being a new bariatric patient. Never greeted and when I asked a question the guy behind the desk appeared to be upset with whomever he was texting and on the phone with. When I asked a question, he said “yeah” and didn’t look up from his phone. Whatever he was doing or talking to was more important than customers. I ended up just going to target for my protein powder.

Open at 10 am. Show up at 1015 and doors are locked and no one there. If you are gonna work for a business make sure you are there on time.

Whoever helped me and saved me the last two GNC AMP Sustained Protein tubs, I appreciate you so much. I called ahead to ask if they had the protein powder I was looking for as I had been to 3 other GNC stores and they were sold out, just as they were online. Luckily, they had two left! The gentleman asked if he wanted me to have them put aside before I could even ask - YES!!! I came down from Williamsburg and will continue to do so in future. The customer service was exceptional, both over the phone and in person, so indeed I will be returning to this location for that alone! Thank you!

I came here only to pick up a amazon order they have a Amazon hub inside this particular GNC store, and I gave 5 Stars for how well my experience was while I was visiting.
