The team here are pretty awesome. My husband has been shopping here for a very long time and knows the manager pretty well. We're always offered samples and looked after very well. The Hispanic/Latina lady (I'm so sorry I cannot remember your name!!) is awesome - she's so helpful and really makes you feel at ease. I always feel judged walking into these kind of stores and get put off instantly because I don't look like a "bodybuilder", but she makes the experience super easy and is very reassuring, especially for when I'm trying products. I appreciate GNC's 30 day return policy with a receipt - so if you purchase protein powder and it tastes absolutely disgusting, you can bring it back!
