I provided a picture of the color dirty blond I wanted for my 15 year old daughter. The hair stylist colored it orange and still left her roots the same color. I was so upset but remained calm. The assistant manager did not want to help nor did the manager tried. The manager did offer to talk with me the next day but stated she would charge to fix their mistake. I do not recommend this location to anyone!

Loren does an excellent job. She is patient, listens to the customer and is a great stylist. Highly recommend her!

I went to see Christina! She is amazing. From the time I walked in to the time I left I felt beautiful, even tho my hair was a hot mess. She took the time to listen, like actually listen to my wants and needs. And followed thru with them and gave me gorgeous results,better then how I even explained it. Please go see this color queen. She is amazing!!

Appointments don't matter here I guess. Takes forever to get your hair cut here. Just do yourself a favor go somewhere else.

Christina is a hair cutting Angel. She listened to my 6 year old and gave him a great stylish cut he loved. Then her and Julie worked together on repairing my almost 2 year old disaster of a cut from a previous salon. They were both so friendly and worked quickly with my kids. I will be sure to come here each time I visit from now on !

Julie did a great job giving me exactly the haircut I wanted. The shampoo was relaxing. She pays attention to detail and obviously cares about her work. Friendly and professional, an all around great experience.

Went in to see Jess, after reading other reviews she was recommended by others for layers. She is amazing! I went in to see her for a fix to the bad bang trim, Jess did not disappoint, she took her time and did an amazing job. So good in fact I made an appointment for color 3 days later. Jess recommended a low light and toner, once again she killed it!
If you need layers or someone who cares and leaves you feeling beautiful and confident. Go see Jess!
