Traveling to North VA, I started hearing noise from front tire.
I was lucky to exit and this place was first one that I was able to stop by.
They helped my right away without ask eventough I did not have appointments.
I will do my best to bring my car here to service or any needs.

We had a wonderful experience with the First Team. Our sales representative KK Westmoreland was very helpful, funny and kind. She was not pushy and let us take our time to make the right choice for our family. Joseph Lopez was extremely patient and helpful with giving multiple scenarios and trying to help us find a budget that worked for us. The entire office spoiled and entertained our very social children as they had to wait on us to make decisions, test drive and finally through the purchase and trade in process. We are very pleased with the family friendly atmosphere the team provided! Thankful for this team!

I purchased a vehicle from this dealer. With the purchase of the vehicle, it came with free oil changes, state inspections, and towing. Unfortunately, they won't tell you that you need to follow the manufacturer's recommendations.

DANGER: SCAM ARTISTS
I am an active duty service member returning from deployment. I contacted Dennis about ordering the truck I wanted online about 4 months out from returning home. Submitted a deposit. And then nothing. My calls were not answered, and Dennis was relocated somewhere else so I didnāt even have a point of contact. Only to find out my truck had never been ordered and my down payment was just in the pocket of some salesman. Mind you I had to reach out to the dealership to find this out. And it wasnāt easy getting a hold of anyone.
When I finally had enough and demanded my money back the jemoke on the phone pulled theā Iām retired militaryā card like that made it okay to completely screw someone over and take their money. Complete lack of leadership and absolutely would not recommend anyone buy a vehicle here unless you like getting shafted

Chris and the financial team at First Team Hampton Chevy were ABSOLUTELY amazing⦠I can not say enough good things about them, from their professionalism to their dedication and commitment to finding me a vehicle that I not only LOVED but was lower then I had originally budgeted for! She communicates everything that is needed on all my vehicles and delivers as said.

My drivers window had not been going down for a while and it was causing some other issues like my radio not cutting off when opening the door, some of my alarms, like the drivers door ajar, keyfob left in the car, and my interior lights not working properly and more.
Although I wasnt happy I had to take my car three times for this, finally on my third time, I took my car and left it, and the mechanics figured out the problem-a faulty wire, and had my car back to me in two days. I was shocked. I honestly thought it was going to take them longer. Great job Hampton Chevrolet Service Center. You came through for me during a very stressful and to

Phillip is one of the most unprofessional employees Iāve talked to at a car dealership the āservice advisorā. Whining to me about how āhis workersā have to push my car because it wouldnāt start when the tow truck dropped it off where he was told. Itās been horrible trying to get in touch with the advisor just to pay for my vehicle to get out of there. First team Chevy will NEVER have my business ever again.
