I went in for oil, tire rotation, state inspection and issues with brakes. The brakes had been changed twice for horrible noise. I waited passed my 36000 mile warranty to come in again. Your team was extremely helpful and made an exception based on records. I will definitely continue to do business with you guys.

I went here in 2019 and brought a used 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe sport, and less than three years later there was engine troubles I had the extended warranty the highest you can get and between this please at Hyundai themselves they screwed me over to where my engine seized After bringing it to them in advance to fix and find the issue cause of excessive oil usage to know prevail I was sent from here to Hyundai dealership twice. This place lied and said that I didn’t keep up the recommended maintenance on my vehicle which I actually did and hit all my receipts , this place worked with Hyundai light to them telling them I didn’t do my end with Maintenance keep up, so Hyundai intern turned me away two times after doing diagnostic test the second time, causing my mileage to go over my warranty limit and now I am responsible for buying a new engine and storage fees says my car is still sitting there .

I came with no hope of actually driving off in a new vehicle however, that all changed when I met Josh Lopez and Mr. Ernie. The time and attention they gave me eased my anxiety and provided a level of comfort I have never experienced in a car dealership. I highly recommend purchasing from Team Hampton ❤️

Started out with Andy. He went above and beyond to help get me set up. Starting with an audio visual voicemail. Then he matched us with Corrine who is the greatest friggin car saleswoman to have ever lived. She was the most friendly, relational down to earth we’ve dealt with thus far. Every part of the process from start to finish was smooth quick and painless. We will most certainly be buying our second car here. We went in to buy a car and came out with a new set of wheels and family.

I have a water leak in my truck. I asked around about who could fix this and was referred to First Team Automotive. I was told they were a big organization that serviced any vehicle and stood behind their work. I called the call center and asked if they could help me with my water leak. I was assured they could. They made an appointment for me at First Team Chevrolet and assured me it would be worth waiting almost 2 weeks. I live in Smithfield and needed to arrange a ride to drop off my vehicle on Sunday night. I got a call first think on Monday morning from the service advisor who informed me that First Team does not do water leaks and that I needed to come get my truck. This cost me a $30 uber drive and 2 hours of work. When I arrived I asked to take to someone to complain about my service and was told the Service manager was out but I could look around for the general manager if I wanted to. When I called the call center back they put me on hold and then sent me to voicemail. I did not receive a call back. They did give me the name of a company in VA beach who they said might be able to help me. He was very nice and agreed to help but also mentioned that he worked for all of the First Team Dealerships?????? So why not me??????? This morning I got a text from Hampton Chevrolet tell me I missed my appointment yesterday and asking if I want to reschedule???? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? When I called back, there was a round of voicemail prompts leading no where. I would recommend steering clear of First Team Automotive and this dealership.

I had the pleasure of working directly with Joshua and Ernest. Joshua was extremely personable and easy to work with. He treated me as if I was family and he will definitely be recommended by me in the future. Ernest helped me with the financial aspects of my purchase. He again treated me as family and genuinely wanted what was best for me. He even offered to help with cancelling my gap coverage on my old vehicle on his own time. These two made my experience wonderful and this place has my business for the foreseeable future.

This dealership had just what we were looking for. A smooth and hassle free experience from start to finish. We called their business line to check that the car we wanted was in inventory. K.K. Was waiting out front with a friendly greeting when be pulled in. She stayed with us through the whole experience right to the moment we drove off the lot(which was an hour and a half after closing). She was helpful and friendly. The whole team, KK, Andy, and Joey made it the best! We highly recommend them!

Everyone was SUPER helpful Carl Juneau was absolutely amazing and super helpful! I def will be telling everyone about the amazing experience I had. They were super informative as I waited for the Car to come in and even more amazing at having the car ready faster than expected. I loved the experience.

Horrible experience. A 2017 SENTRA- dealership claims no accidents, yet bumper falling off. Dealership inspects the car and finds missing parts necessary for inspection even though this is where we bought the vehicle from. Windshield was installed by First Team Hampton Chevy incorrectly and had to be replaced- it could have killed us. Alternator went out within the first year. Hood doesn't close all the way. The list goes on and on. I would try another dealership. We were taken advantage of. NEVER AGAIN!

I discovered a screw in the right front tire. On my way to deliver hamburgers. I had build for a little league tournaments. I was able to deliver them and then immediately called Hampton Chevrolet Service and explained my situation. I originally was scheduled for Monday appointment for oil and tire rotation. When I explain the problem they said bring it on in two hours later I was back on the road and not only did they fix tire. They did the old change and tire rotation and saved me an additional trip on Monday. I really feel they went above and beyond to assist. The technicians who work on my vehicle is the best along with their service department staff.

When taken there it was a long wait to have the car looked at but it was a bit busy. You can tell they have an organized team who work hard to get these things done. I ended up taking the bus home as I don’t live far and I received the call letting me know what I needed. Everything was handled in one day and my car was available the next day. I needed an air bag sensor for the passenger seat so it’s understandable. I appreciate them communicating with me about the process and the guy I spoke with was a bit narcissistic telling me the people taking care of my car are being generous and today is my lucky day. That’s none of his business and he should place his attention towards the vehicle being taken care of not my financial status or how lucky I am. Thank you to everyone who worked on the vehicle, I been through h*** and I cried getting my vehicle back.

New truck...No fuss...no muss! Arrived after making an appointment with a friendly telephone customer service rep; prepared to leave with a new truck. Jose was busy but moved efficiently to keep me informed as the pivot point between me and his sales manager Alex. Eric kept the showroom filled with great classic rock and Abe wrapped up the financial end quickly and efficiently. Everyone here is personable and knowledgeable of their product and the market. These days people can get new cars/trucks anywhere but it is the willingness to listen to the customer and offer superior service that makes the difference. Congrats and thanks!

I just purchased this 2024 Silverado 2500 HD from Hampton Chevrolet. Alex Hockaday made sure the entire process went smoothly. From ordering my build, tracking it’s progress and keeping me informed, Alex did a fantastic job. Yesterday, when I took delivery, it was the smoothest process I have ever experienced. Everyone on the Team, Alex, Ernie and Carl were very professional, knowledgeable and nice. I will definitely buy again from Hampton Chevrolet.
