“This GameStop is a 10/10. We were trading in some old consoles, some of which were having battery errors booting up, and Jordyn helped us for around 2 hours while they rebooted (our Switch was dead from months of no charge). He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire experience. He worked until the store had to close to make sure we made it out with our new console and our items successfully traded. Others would be frustrated with that experience, but employees like Jordyn make all the difference in what could be a stressful situation, turning moments like this into a easy-going situation instead.
