Worse home depot I've even been to. Had a delivery scheduled for 6am-10am and it's currently 4pm and can't get any answers why my delivery hasn't come. Now I have a pissed off client. Thanks home depot.

Absolutely the worse location I have ever been to in all the 7 states I’ve lived in. The customer service is horrible and rude. Jamal or however you spell his name at the customer service desk needs to be retrained or put in the back. The amount of attitude, and disrespectful facial expressions is not how you treat a customer who is coming in there to spend $1500+ (I have more home improvement projects that need to be done).
Seems like this seems to be the normal for this location regarding respect and good customer service.

The worst home depot to go too the service is horrible we waited for over two hours to get are supplys everyone ignored us and was very rude I will not be coming back.

The representative Jo should have some retraining or better customer service skills. Maybe it was just a bad day but she clearly did not want to be at Home Depot today. Kristin however was a pleasure to work with.
