This is my Home Depot, I been going for over 5 years. I was reading the reviews and I some people not having good experience but for me it's been great. They always have what I need and there seems to always be helpful staff available whenever needed. Self checkouts are always open and available but you can alway goto a cashier if you choose to.

Employee ran out of the place and accused me & my friend of stealing despite us just being rang by the register for the carpet we bought. Assistance by staff for large, bulky items is minimal. Unfriendly staff overall. Always in stock however which is a plus.

I recently had a terrible experience at Home Depot regarding installing doors at my house. It has been OVER A YEAR and my doors have still not been installed. I ordered doors in Dec 2021. They were scheduled to be installed April 2022. I was told in April they did not have an installer on their staff. I tried contacting them numerous times by phone. Most times my calls were unanswered. In-person, they could not find a record of my order. They gave me short, unhelpful answers. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by this experience, and will be hesitant to shop at Home Depot in the future due to the poor service and the fact that my doors are still sitting in my garage. I would not recommend this store to anyone based on the poor and delayed service. I am currently contacting headquarters. I would select ZERO STARS if possible.

Two stars for the two employees that were super helpful. John and Yuri. I was told 30 days and on day 31 cabinets were still not at the store I was told they'd be there overnight I was told if they'd be there in the morning and nothing. Mind you I had coordinated with contractors. That's when they answered the phone. I called The following Monday at 6:15 AM at 7:30 AM at 9 AM at 11 AM and no one answered. I use the app to contact someone and they also had issues contacting the store. Finally the online support was able to contact someone and they located my cabinets in the store. I received no notification that they were there at that point. A few hours later I was notified that they would be at the store in three days. . . Really. I went to the store and John helped me and confirmed that they were there and they were ready to be picked up and recommended that I have the contractors come in the morning. Contractors installing cabinets and guess what we're missing a piece. Contractors go back to Home Depot and they're told everything was picked up. Waste of time and money. And again no one picks up the phone. I get in contact with online customer service and they said a manager would get back to me in two days. Did they . . . Nooooo. So I bought 1 too many cabinet. The manager rang me up, I had talk to the cabinet people twice and no one said they were special order therefore not refundable when purchased in store. Again the manager was horrible. It was in the small print apparently. Honestly just because we don't have a Lowes near by I ordered from HD. I already had a bad experience from them a couple of years back with my appliances and returned everything. Did I mention two cabinets were damaged. . . Yet I'm still waiting for the manager to get back to me.

I purchased a replacement door and storm door. In October of last year! After 7 trips to the store for details and follow up and 1,800 dollars in charges, at in January I finally had the door installed! I've blown off by three different managers. I was verbally told they would discount my experience by two of the three managers. I came back after being hospitalized and now they act as though they don't know who I am or what I'm taking about. Trust nothing they do or say! Needless to say. They will never get my business ever again. I'm not done with this matter! Cooperate has yet to weigh in so stay tuned!

a month ago O paid to have my home measured for replacement exterior doors. I paid the required fee and am still wairing for an appointment. Received a call back in the first 72 hours and scheduled my appointment. waited for them to show...i received a call 10 minutes before the svh3duled appointment telling me they had the wrong address ans I needed to reschedule. oh and I couldn't immediately reschedule because the had the wrong service address in the system. over the past two weeks I've called over 50 times and left multiple messages with no response until yesterday. Someone finally qnswered the phone but she is no name informed me that it wasn't her problem. because she has been off. Furthermore Ruth who handles this stuff wasn't in and there was nothing she could do as the service address had still not been updatéd. so I got dresses and bisited the store. Went to the service desk with my handy order # and now my address has supposedly been correctly updated. now im back to no one answering the phone and/or returning telephone calls. Abysmal follow up,Accountability and customer service.

This place is hit-or-miss on if you'll get any assistance...or if you'll have to walk around to find someone. Just tried to get a house key made, no one was around... Ran into an employee and asked if he could make a key, he said no. Asked if he could call someone who could...he said he didnt have a "device" .... Uh.... Okay so do I just run around the store yeling "key maker? Are you the key maker?"

GO TO LOWES!!!! The only reason I am giving this a 1 star is because the hourly employees were so apologetic. I went to Home Depot and had an appointment with a lady to help make my kitchen cabinets. (My wife and I just bought a house that we are renovating) My wife and I told her what we wanted and she drew up a sketch and an appraisal. We ordered the cabinets and waited a month to get them. Once They were all in I had to take 4 trips to transfer the cabinets to my home. On my final run I brought my wife, with her car to help. As we were loading them, my wife told me that they were the wrong ones. We went back into the store to notify someone. The front desk called the manager and he came upfront to talk to us. He then proceeded to tell us that he would have to take several hours to make a new order for the cabinets we originally wanted. (His tone and demeanor was very rude and short) he then proceeded to tell us he would call us when he's done. My wife and I left and heading home... I forgot I needed something so I went back to Home Depot, walked in the store and realized that the manager was not working on my kitchen that he told me he was going to. Also never received a phone call like he said he was going to that night once he was supposed to be done. Now I still have no kitchen! And!! The guy who was supposed to install my cabinets, due to the delay cannot see me for another 3 months!!!

I ordered online didn't expect to get a call from the store asking if I wanted my item already assembled by time of pickup and called back once they finished assembling it! thought that was very awesome and cool especially that it wasn't a fee!

I've been here twice since the pandemic started and each time the staff has been helpful and helped me load my car, etc. However, I've also noticed that there are always patrons who aren't wearing masks at all. This is the only business I've been to where that is true and it happened both times I was there. I do not feel safe and will not be shopping again until either masks are worn or the pandemic is over. I've been to Lowe's too and not seen a single person without a mask.

THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED..... I'm a female that trusted the carpet section. I gave the rep my measurements and i also had a piece of my carpet for a sample. This person order the wrong carpet and thickness. It didn't match up at all and it was too much. When the carpet came in, the pick up customer service was TRASH...
