DO NOT LET BRANDON POULSON DO YOUR TAXES! ITS SEPTEMBER AND MY TAXES STILL AREN'T CORRECTED DUE TO HIM AND HIS INCOMPETENCE AND NEGLIGENCE ! HE NEEDS MORE THAN 32+ HOURS OF TRAINING BECAUSE HE CAN'T PROPERLY FILE A STATE RETURN OR CHILD TAX CREDITS!

I am going to continue to leave reviews until my issues with this incompetent and far from tax professional office gets my taxes FIXED!!! BRANDON POULSON MESSED UP MY TAXES BACK IN JANUARY! HE DID NOT FILE MY MICHIGAN STATE TAX RETURN AND DID NOT FILE MINE AND MY HUSBANDS TAX CREDITS! CAROL WAS SUPPOSE TO AMEND MY RETURN AND PROCESS THE MICHIGAN STATE RETURN IN MAY AND FAILED TO DUE SO. THE ONLY COMPETENT PERSON THERE HAS BEEN LINDA. JULY 7TH SHE AMENDED MY RETURN AND PROCESSED MY STATE RETURN.
HERE WE ARE IN SEPTEMBER AND MY PENALTIES AND INTEREST HAVE STILL NOT BEEN PAID BY H&R BLOCK AFTER WE HAD PAID FOR THE PEACE OF MIND SERVICE WHEN WE INITIALLY FILED! NOW HR BLOCK IS GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND FOR PAYING THE $414.81 DUE TO BRANDON MESSING UP MY TAXES!!!!! I REFUSE TO GET SENT TO COLLECTIONS DUE TO H&R BLOCKS INCOMPETENT AND LACK OF KNOWLEDGE TAX PROFESSIONALS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
GO TO AN ACTUAL TAX PROFESSIONAL BEFORE YOU RELY ON IDIOTS LIKE BRANDON WHO MAKE AN EXTRA INCOME MESSING PEOPLES TAXES UP! I WILL BE CONTACTING THE IRS AND ATTORNEY GENERAL IF THIS DOES NOT GET RESOLVED AS WELL AS AN ATTORNEY TO GO AFTER H&R BLOCK DUE TO THEM NOT CORRECTING THEIR MISTAKES AND MAKING ME PAY FOR IT!!!!!!!

Will never work with this location ever again! I’ve been filing my taxes with H&R Block for years and have never had such an issue with communication. I started my taxes on 10 Feb and expressed importance of getting them done. Today is 6 March, there is still issues that I cannot get resolved unless I physically go in and let them know I’ve tried to call. The first issue was the tax preparer who put my social security information in incorrectly (mind you, the social security number is on the submitted forms). So of course, my taxes were rejected. I did not receive a phone call or anything and it wasn’t until I called after 21 days of e-filing that I learned they were rejected. I called to correct the information and waited a few days of hearing nothing. I called a few times only to be sent to voicemail, so I physically went in. I worked with another agent to correct and sign my tax information… waited a few days, then called someone took a message annd they never called me back. So I went in. We tried to file them again and I got a call back at night when I was asleep. I called back today to speak with someone and nothing. Today, I am taking time from work to go back in and speak with someone directly. They are terrible with communication and do not respond. As a result of this, I may not be able to file taxes and claim my son who I am currently in a custody battle over. Im beyond frustrated!
