This guy is not serious about his business at all I contacted him at 2:30 and he said 2 hours then when it got down to 1 hour I was trying to verify and he said yeah he just kept saying uh-huh then when I called back an hour and a half later at 4:30 he said Oh I thought you didn't you say you didn't want me to get it that was a complete fabrication he would not answer any time frame that I asked him about. He had no plans on purchasing the vehicle which is I don't understand why he keeps telling people that. Then he finally gets back to me and says sorry I don't do Norfolk I sent him the address 3 hours ago he should have Googled it then or asked me then I called him and talked to him four times and he would not answer any of my questions about his time frame he definitely does bad business

Call this company yesterday they gave me a quote for a vehicle I was junking said they would be here to pick up the vehicle never showed up refused to answer my calls. I left them a voicemail saying hey, could you get back to me whenever you hear this never responded, still refused to answer my calls, if I could give this company a zero star rating, I would completely disrespectful, horrible way to run a business. I wouldn’t recommend using this business, unless you want your time wasted.

I hate to leave a bad review, I really do, but these guys left my hanging. I have a vehicle that will probably never start again and I was willing to sell it for scrap. I called these guys yesterday and they said they would buy it. I gave them the location and a time that I could meet them and they said ok. I was there at said time and location but they never showed. Tried calling and texting but got no reply. After reading many other negative reviews for this business, I would strongly recommend searching elsewhere for a buyer if you have a car that needs to be scrapped.

I have to say never use this place. I called this morning to sell my car to them because it no longer gets used and the dude never showed up to get it. What ever you do never call this place and try to sell your car to them. They are complete trash.

I called this company to talk about taking my car. I specified to the individual I spoke with that this car is my property, however it is currently sitting on a friend's property. I also ensured to state I was not in town this weekend due to extremely personal matters.We agreed he would come look at the car Saturday or Sunday DEPENDING on when I would be home. I'm writing this Saturday. I was unable to get to the phone for the ONE call I was given today. Despite me not answering the phone, this company still decided to send a tow truck to an address that is not mine! I received messages complaining that no one was home.This felt extremely unprofessional. I was not listened to. I have texts that even specify I "SHOULD" be home Saturday. I did not think it was necessary I reiterate after doing so multiple times that this company shouldn't attempt to come grab my car should I not be home Saturday. Will not be continuing business with them.
