05/21/2025 approximately 2pm, I went to return a necklace I purchased from Chesapeake square Mall, the item was Originally $2000.00 and was on sale for $1000.00. I purchased it with several discounts that brought it down to $500+. I also purchased another Tennis bracelet from your Company. The issue was I used my Temp bank Card that was only a loaner for 30 days an received the current. The Jewelry Manager instructed me to leave one locality where I live in Hampton and made me go to Chesapeake. Those were her Instructions to the Rep at that time and I hade to waste gas and time doing it. Because of that I have a right mind to return all the Jewelry I purchased from your Company. I bet I won't buy any more. I told the Gentleman at Chesapeake Sq Mall what happened and he didn't understand why I was made to do that. I have to cross bridges from one locality to another, 40 minute drive vs a 5 min drive in town. What a shame and waste of time. Don't get her in trouble but you need to talk.

The customer service here is a mess. The systems don’t work half the time and they have the nerve to rush you out after misdirecting you. What’s the point of rewards if they act like they can’t ever pull you up? And then trying to make you feel like you don’t know your own damn number that you’ve used 5000 times at the same register? Knowing damn well their system trash. Then rushing you up to the counter while folks are still standing there under one light cause they turned the light off at 8 on the dot after giving only a 5 minute warning. What?

Went in their to use the $20 in reward dollars that was on my account. I had the rewards up on the phone, but because they claimed they could not pull up the account even after I showed them my id and the number on the account and address matched. I was told I could not use the rewards, so basically I am supposed to just lose the $20 I earned or spend more money to shop online. I will not shop at this company anymore as this experience was the 2nd time this has happened in two months at this store. If you want to be a valued customer, I would take my money somewhere else.

I set up a Christmas shoot for me, my best friend and our two dogs weeks in advance! I made sure I put on my reservation I had TWO DOGS! I get all these confirmation txt days in advance which I confirmed my appointment and time, then today the day before the actual shoot I get a call and the lady on the phone is saying I can’t bring my dogs since the person that’s shoots animals isn’t gonna be there until the end of the day (my appointment was at 230) and I need to either reschedule (which I can’t since they are booked out) or cancel! Wtf they need to put that on the website all customers wanting to do a photshoot with pets need to schedule towards the end of the day! This is the second time this has happened first time I had family coming and we wanted to do a photoshoot with our pets in I got a call saying we couldn’t bring them because the pet photographer wasn’t in for the day!!

This location needs more employees… I needed assistance in the men’s department and I did not get any help…I went to the clerk who works in the makeup department… she went on her radio and called for help and as I write this review no one has approached me to help… a big store with one clerk is not feasible….

I love this store. There was so many sale and clearance items and tons of sizes and plus sizes. Got some really good deals and liked that I could try stuff on in fitting rooms and only leave with items I want. I’ve tried shopping online but 90% of the items don’t fit and then I have to figure out how to return. Save yourself some trouble and time and stop in to see if you can snag a few deals. I got an amazing Ana brand cardigan and it is so soft and plush. During the last few months February and March when we have our random cold days it nice to cozy up in something that has the comfort of a snuggy but more fashionable. The employees were all friendly and helpful. Late at night you mainly need to use checkout near the women’s section. But I definitely recommend popping in. This location also had a nice makeup section, Sephora? I think. I haven’t gone in there but it looks super organized and would also be a convenient spot to stop by :)
