If you’re looking for wigs in lighter natural colors, then this is one of the best places in Hampton Roads. I’m a white chick who lost hair during COVID, so I’ve started to wear wigs. But my problem has been finding light brown or natural blonde wigs that are low priced and look reasonably classy; so many places have only platinum blonde cosplay wigs or wigs with super dark roots and that’s not my thing. This place had a really nice selection of natural looking brown and dirty blonde wigs, plus the ladies are super sweet and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I love Joy beauty supply!!! It's huge but it's so organized and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. I was able to show a picture and she was able to take me right to the product I was looking for.

Honestly the best selection for young women or teens when it comes to wig styles! The staff is friendly and helpful and the place is huge. They carry natural products as well, even raw shea butter! They have everything a lady or gent may need or even students of cosmetology. The braiding hair selection is EXTENSIVE every color or ombre combination you can think of. I have been a customer since 2016. I have tried the other stores in the area and I just walk out and head over here. I'll be a Joy customer for life

This Place Has Literally Everything. I Was Going To Order A Mannequin Head, The Stand And A Braiding Hair Rack Off Of Amazon But This Store Has It. They Even Have A Wide Variety Of Lace Front Wigs Thats Decent. The Store Is Huge & Kind Of Crowded But I Honestly Don't Mind It Because It's Crowded With Everything You're Looking For And More. Plus They Do Military Discount.
