20260107 @ 0850 window three, African American woman. About an hour ago I picked a number , J607. They called it and when I got to the counter I found out they double assigned it to a woman with a different number. They then made me pick another number and told me there was nothing they could do even though it was their fault. I am a combat disabled veteran recovering from a severe spinal injury and it causes me a lot of pain to sit for an extended amount of time. I am in severe pain and now I have to wait another hour. Absolutely terrible experience, terrible customer service and technicians displayed rude behavior to a medically retiree. Never again

If you are someone who uses the Satellite pharmacy, the staff here is absolutely awesome. Great service from our men and women in uniform and all of the volunteers. Appreciate all of you!!

This place sucks i have to wait 4+ hours for post surgery pain meds that I came in person to activate 9am smh. This place makes me suffer everytime.

Always excellent support! Anytime there has ever been an issue with their automated system, a real pharmacist immediately reaches out by phone call to resolve the problem. Bonus: Drive-up line moves quickly.

Tried using the text to get in line feature but never got texted back. Luckily it wasn’t on a medication that was not time constrained. Since I had problems with the text feature I always just go in now to activate any prescription and to ask any questions. Every time I go in person the lines are quick and the drive thru feature is nice. Recommend not using the text feature and not calling- just go in.
