“This team did a great job installing my stairlift. They came on time and finished in a reasonable time. The gentleman who explained how everything worked was very helpful and clear with his instructions as well as letting me know how to keep my chairlift working effectively.”

“(Feb 2018) Tammy found an at-home O2 solution for my dog in less than 2 hours, which was the difference of him coming home for the weekend or staying in emergency another few nights. Benji had been at the emergency vet for 4 days already after syncopal episodes (he's 14 and they diagnosed him with pulmonary hypertension, and was basically passing out/seizing if he lost too much O2 from exertion). We were supposed to take him home Friday evening, as he had been off oxygen for a few days, but he was still needing oxygen for times he got too exhausted from exercise. The emergency vet called me at about 3pm Friday afternoon saying he had a syncopal episode and either he may need to stay hospitalized or we would have to think of other options (i.e., euthanasia). Well, I wasn't quite ready to give up on my Benji - he's been a fighter and I wanted to give him every possible chance. We could have kept him overnight at the emergency vet for another night, but he was so antsy and ready to come home. I thought now that the vet had stabilized him well with different meds, he would do better in his own bed. But I feared if we took him home and didn't have O2 on hand, we would lose him. I had called other medical supply places my vet recommended but they either weren't available/local, or couldn't get the home O2 for several more days. I was having a mini-breakdown at my office becauseI didn't know what to do next. I Googled some more and found ABC - I spoke with Tammy around 3:30pm...she got the RX from the vet and went to work. Thankfully I was able to borrow a pet O2 mask from my local vet, and the emergency vet gave me the nasal tubing too (in case he tolerated one over the other). Tammy got a tank ready for me in less than 2 hours, and even offered to stay late if I couldn't get off work before they closed at 5pm. One of their staff members, I think his name was Dan, even spent 5 minutes going over how to use the tank and safety precautions (I've never had any experience with oxygen tanks before). As I was leaving, Tammy told me to call her Monday to see how he did over the weekend with it, because she could also get the home oxygenator for us if need be. But if she didn't hear from me, she would follow-up regardless. I was so, so impressed and pleased. Because of their swift service on a Friday afternoon, my Benji got to come home with us for the weekend. This photo is him last night! He hasn't had any episodes since he's been home, and we've had to give him small amounts of the O2 after some of his walking around periods outside (we carry him mostly). We know this isn't something he may be able to do forever, but at least we can have peace of mind with the O2 on hand, and some more time with our sweet boy. Thanks Tammy and the rest of the ABC staff!”

“I have no complaints about the service received. The training was long but very informative. I was a little disappointed that the size facials mask that I needed was not available.”
