This store is about upsell and nothing else. I went in to activate a replacement phone sent to me by Metro. I had the optional handset insurance so I was covered for my damaged one. From the very first minute the salesdork tried to convince me that the new handset was worthless and that I needed to buy a new one. Keep in mind it was the same model I had been using for 2 years. He just wouldn't let up untill I finally got angry and stated that I only wanted to activate this handset and nothing else. At this point the manager Eric stepped in and scolded me. That was it. I was done with these clowns and told them so. At this point they used the most power that they will have in their lives and told me to leave. Which I did. Went directly to another Metro store where I left happy with my phone activated and a new free tablet which I love for only 15 extra bucks a month for service. Skip this location folks.
