Mike is the store representative and what a wonderful person he is. I came to get my tablet some service. Anyway that didn't work out, however he sold me on the new Samsung tablet. He was knoweagble and while on the phone with his supervisor he asked why my tablet couldn't get service. I appreciated his sincere concern for me. Thank you Mike for taking care of me!

My complaint is that I paid my phone bill on the 3rd of this month and it wasn't due until the 5th but nobody at the store can tell me where my money is I believe that they are taking people money and putting it in their pockets don't go to the store located on Pembroke in buckroe shopping center

Purchased a phone there and it doesn’t get any service, went back a few times and it seemed like the guy in there had a attitude because I needed help. I miss the diversity of the store it was nice to come on and see different workers smiling when you come in. Save your time and find another store to visit. I will never return to the store again because they of him he gets mad when you have to file a insurance claim on your phone when you’re paying for it monthly. If I could give it no stars I would

I went into the store to get my account number to switch my number to Verizon and the man there was EXTREMELY rude and didn’t seem to want to help because I wasn’t spending money. I told him he gave me the wrong account number and all he said was call customer service. He didn’t provide any type of help and customer service was terrible even though I kept composed. Worst customer service ever!

The customer service is great. Steven is the most awesome person ever. He is very professional and he was able to help me not only get my phone but I was able to get the speaker I wanted too.

The store was very clean. Young man named Steve helped my daughters and I get new phones on a plan that fits us all. They were very prompt and answered all my questions so I could feel comfortable.
