I’m not sure the girls name but she was working at the store on W Mercury Blvd in Hampton, VA around 2:30pm on Sunday, April 7, 2024 and just walking into the store, I noticed her being extremely rude to a customer. And by the looks of it she didn’t want to troubleshoot the woman’s phone and ultimately made her buy a new phone. Poor woman was trying to do it herself to avoid spending that kind of money, but the employee was not trying to help. So when it became our turn to get help she didn’t even look at the phone to see what the issue was and said we just need to buy a new phone. She was so rude and I’m not sure if they work off commission but either way she wasn’t trying to help anyone and just made people buy new phones for no reason. We ended up going to the 2303 Kecoughtan Rd, Hampton, VA store and Trinity was AMAZING. Turned out all we had to do was factory reset the phone. Something so simple. SOMEONE GIVE TRINITY A RAISE!!!!

Bad experience I had in metro 3414 Mercury Boulevard, a guy serving in bad taste, bad service, arrogant and serving in bad taste, he didn't help at all, I don't know why they have that type of people working in customer service, I always meet very friendly people with good helpful character but in that store they have terrible customer service I definitely feel annoyed offended bad very bad.???

I had a great experience at the metro center. Staff member Trinity was very helpful and very knowledgeable about my issue with my phone she took the time to explain and help me with my issue to make sure it was resolved completely. I had to keep asking her for assistance while I had an issue that could only be resolved over the phone with c/s. She was right there to assist me in completing the actions necessary on my phone so I would be able to use my phone with no problems. She was patient, polite, and willing to help. Thanks Trinity for your help. Please acknowledge her Metropcs she is an excellent Employer.
