Literally walked in for 10 mins. No help was giving at all. The guy just set there and watched me the whole time. Foot folded In The chair, and all. I asked “can you help me , where are the Ray bans?. The guy got up , & just pointed. Customer service a 0. The price of the glasses, I just purchased where doubled in there. What was $120 , was $269 in price at this location . I wouldn’t recommend

I scheduled an appointment online, opting for text and email communication due to my work's nature with children and adherence to HIPAA regulations, making it difficult to answer phone calls during the day. Come the day of my appointment, I arrived 10-15 minutes early, but I wasn't greeted until 3-5 minutes before my scheduled time. Despite a manageable client volume, including only two others and I, the reception was subpar.Upon being acknowledged, I encountered discourtesy from the black receptionist, identifiable by her red shirt and natural hair styled in a puff. It's essential to clarify that my observations aren't influenced by racial considerations because I am a black woman myself. Despite my efforts to maintain positivity, I was hurriedly directed with a curt "come on," followed by an impolite inquiry about missed phone calls from the receptionist. I politely explained my inability to return calls promptly. However, the ensuing retort, "well, you should’ve called back," felt unnecessarily confrontational. With my professional background in customer service, I stress the importance of patience and empathy in client-facing roles. Such conduct may undermine the overall customer experience.

Ubered all the way here kept my son out of school to find out about an 40 dollar retinal fee for each of us that isn’t optional in this office!!!! I called in for my appointment and was never informed so not only am I out of 30 dollars in Uber fees now my son missed a whole day of school for no reason!!!!

Yall suck at making glasses my brother had a eye exam and got glasses and had to take them back Three times . Finally he had to go to another eye doctor get another eye exam to get the right eyeglasses then my dad goes ther to get glasses he wears bifocals I kid you not I don’t know who marked his lenses for the bifocals but they need to go back to school . Who marks bifocals almost to the top of the lens when there supposed to be at the bottom. Wow I know where I will not be going for glasses thats for sure.Go back to school.

VERY disappointed with my experience here. First, one of my three appointments (for my kids and I) got cancelled even though I confirmed our appointments via text- super annoying. Second, it wasn’t until I was checking in did I learn that this appointment is virtual; there’s no doctor in the room. Finally, they no longer let you waive the $44 eye scan-also didn’t find this out until I was in the office. I usually waive this because it’s not covered by insurance. The lady at the desk had great customer service skills (only reason this isn’t 1 star) but I will not be returning. What a scam.

I usually go to the Denbigh location but after moving to Hampton, I decided to try this location. I do appreciate the staff still seeing me after I lost my license and had to retrieve it, however, no one explained to me that I needed to bring my forms of ID that they claimed they told me about.I also had my fiancé drive me as I do not have a pair of glasses right now. While waiting to be called back, a tech asked if either of us had used the rest room. My fiancé stated he went in their briefly, but did not use it. The tech informed him that he left something in there. Confused, he left to check and when he came back he informed me that someone forgot to flush the toilet. The tech asked him if he found what he left behind. He stated that he did not leave anything in the restroom.After my exam, which I was not made aware of being virtual till check in, I will admit that I did take a long time to pick out a pair of glasses. My face shape is a unique one and my eye lashes prevent me from wearing certain types of glasses due to them pressing against my lashes and causing discomfort. I also wanted to stay within my budget my insurance had provided me, which was not a lot. After about 20 minutes, one of the women at the desk came over, stated that my fiancé looked hungry, gave me a pair of glasses to try on, and had me check out after I said I liked them. I felt rushed and unheard during this. I struggle with confrontation so I stayed silent. I don’t even remember what my glasses are supposed to look like. My portal stated that they would be arriving yesterday and when I called the office they told me that they are unsure when they will be in because the lab is 4 days behind. And the date they gave me did not match the online portal.I did enjoy most of the staff as they were helpful and kind. And I really do appreciate the staff squeezing me in as I had a tight schedule because of work. I am just unsure if I will be returning back to this location.

I had to reschedule my appt 3 times. The 1st time was because when I confirmed my appointment it apparently did not go through so someone else took my appointment time, 2nd time was because of my schedule and the 3rd time was because I showed up for my appt only to find out that there were no doctors on site.The only reason I’m not giving 1 star is because the staff let me know before I checked in that the visit was going to be virtual and that I would have to pay a $44 fee to use the equipment so that the doctor could see me virtually. After I told her that I needed to see someone in person, she let me know which locations had a doctor on site. Thankfully there was no fee to reschedule but I truly do not understand how that office expects someone to be okay with paying extra for a virtual visit.

Amazing experience everyone was so kind especially Bianca she was very helpful in all aspects and made it an amazing experience there was also and extremely nice front desk associate who gave my daughter a snack and crayons to soothe her and a nice lady who put In My glasses order I really appreciate the lady’s I will definitely be back

Great energy from the young ladies that assisted me today. Kudos to Bianca, she was professional and personable. Overall awesome experience. Cool virtual eye doc (Dr. Flynt)..Spot on like she was there. Misty was great getting me checked out. This is a great location. A lil on the pricey side for an exam/contact fitting...totally a huge sticker shock.

I absolutely love this location. The staff here is amazing! Cassy helped me pick out my glasses, (I look amazing now). Bianca the tech, was super nice, and helpful when I was fitting for new contacts. And Misty helped me check out at the end, buying my glasses and contacts. I didn’t think I was going to like a virtual eye doctor visit , but it was actually pretty cool, I’d definitely do it again. This team is amazing and their dynamic is so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back here for sure!

Where are the eye doctors? Through my entire exam I was led to believe that I would be seeing a doctor in person. Their website even leads you to believe that. I got a doctor on a small screen that was who knows where. The eye exam was composed of multiple imaging machines because there is no doctor to simply look in your eyes. My spouse had an eye appointment the same day with and office that had a optometrist. $90 and done. My exam was over $200. No one even explained what the charges would be. Don't buy your glasses or contacts in their building. The prices are not competitive. I will not be returning. They have cut their services to the bone and increased their profits.

don’t come here . They don’t have doctors so you have to pay for retinal screening and etc. It’s not good for children cuz it’s too intense and half those tests I don’t think they need . The carpet is sour and it looks like a ghost town .
