The inside of the bank was closed when I pulled up 10 minutes prior to them closing, due to the system being down, and I really needed to get a check cashed. As I was getting frustrated, the clerk Mr. Yohan immediately gave me two other options (the mobile app or the atm) to deposit my check. I asked him to show me, due to me not being good with technology, and he showed me step by step how to do it from my phone. Great example of exceptional customer service.

Used to be a respectable company. The customer service is horrible and now when you call you get people who sound like that they don’t want to be there and cut you off when you talking. Please close your account and go somewhere else.

I spent 2 hours at this location yesterday handling multiple items with a representative named Johann. I went to use my debit card today, and now speaking to the customer service line, they have no records from my transactions and are asking if I have receipts. Are you kidding me?!?!

I absolutely enjoy this bank! They do excellent work, and everytime I go in, I strike up a conversation with someone. They are not just a bank, but they are family! :)

It is a strong branch with a lot of services in house and central to surrounding military installations.

I wouldn't get an account with them, they cancel your credit at any time if you question any of their practices. I was a 12 yr. Credit card holder and was canceled for no reason never even late on any payments. I wouldn't join if I were you.

I can in today for help with my mobile app set up and Danielle was just a pleasant and very professional person, very knowledgeable and about her job and explain all the services that navy Federal credit Union offers I would refer my family and to come in and allow her to help with their accounts. Thanks Danielle for the extra service you provided for me.
