Horrible customer service. Self-Service printers are always down. Went in today (6/22/25) only to find 1 printer working. I got the attention of an employee who looked at all of them and then just walked away! WTH? After 15 minutes of waiting, I went back to said employee who just said someone will be there. Another 10 minutes and I just walked out. Horrible.

As a wounded veteran, this help with printers section is by far the worse I seen in many years, no body wanted to help, and when I got help, the poor excuse of help wasn’t really concerned with helping, I will never use any more office depots period, started the whole process and had to stop to get a gift card cause it want take cash, this would be great to know before you start ,

Bring your own shipping labels unless you like forwarding your personal information to some third part (printme) and paying to use a printer when your return specified that they will print everything for you.
No 2d barcode scanner? Absolute joke.
Friendly staff though.

I placed an online order to have a poster print out that I created online for my husband and I’s first anniversary. I was not sure what to expect as far as the quality of the poster and how it looked. to my surprise it turned out beautifully. The price was fair to have it printed for a pretty large poster. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately. The staff member who assisted me was very friendly and overall made the process quick and simple. I highly recommend this office depot for any of your printing needs

This Hampton office Depot location is the worse. A 5 minute book binding job took an hour to fulfill because the rep completed orders ahead of my order. I watched as new customers were prioritized over me. The rep never acknowledged the delay and kept taking more customers. Don't take my money and then not do the job. I am handicap and cannot stand for long periods. I will never return again thanks to this horrible experience.

Thank you Junior for your great customer service and multi tasking! Junior and one other associate handled the store so well. They assisted multiple customers in a timely manner and helped each other with no attitude. I was very impressed and appreciated the good experience.

This Office Depot is exceptional. Sabrina and Junior are extremely helpful and patient in the print department. I give this store my highest recommendation. I am grateful.

This location can be slow as in long long lines and sometimes the self printers have issues. Staff is mixed as in some are helpful and some aren't.

The place is clean and everything is displayed in reach. Went there for prints and photos, but work isn't done due to lack of equipment. Hope to go some other time. But the staff are good ?

I had a awesome experience with the cashier Autumn, that was extremely patient during a incident with my banking institution, along with one of her co-workers. It always a pleasant experience going to this location.

Copy max has the worst customer service in the 757! They be having 3 people in the back at work, but those the employees ain't working to get the line down. Why I gotta wait 10-15 minutes to make 1 copy, that can't be done at the self serve. They just stand behind the counter and try not to look at the customer. As if the customer is inconveniencing them, the copy max employee; and they're the ones at work!! SMH! How can you come to work with the intent of not working!

Granted I placed the order on line and for store pick up today, I’m expecting I can come to the store and pick it up, or I will get a notification that it won’t be ready until the next day, but it didn’t - or else I would have not proceeded in ordering it. The store was in Hampton. The print staff Brent said that it can’t be done, but I needed it for the parade the next day for St. Patrick’s Day. I talked to the manager if there’s something he can do it but he said none. I asked him it can be transferred over to Newport News he blatantly said no and the only option is to come back the next day and still talk to the print manager or staff. I called Newport News and the young lady said she will do it. I was able to get all 3 posters for the float and she was really customer friendly and professional. The manager in Hampton needs some training in customer service. Not only the store lost a business but it left a very bad impression of the way he handled matters. He wasn’t empathetic, didn’t offer a solution that is realistic, and worse, he denied the fact that my order can be transferred over to another store - which is a sign of inefficiency and not up to his job description. I would highly commend Imani Joyner for assisting customers in urgent need like myself. I can’t believe at this day of time there are still good work ethics and professional that exist among business- impressively displayed by Ms. Joyner. Although I’m from Hampton, I will never do my business there and encourage everyone I know to think twice going there. Thank you.
