the worst place in life The service is the worst in the world they don't help you they look at you badly and they don't even let you try things on just because they are not in a good mood I mean it's really the worst I have never entered a store with so many workers like this. Pretty ghetto now. Literally saw the girls who work in here hop out the store and smoke weed at a car that stopped in front of the store holding up traffic. Crazy. This was today around 12:40ish

First off I love this Olive Olé its FAST FASHION for a reason. I buy most of dresses from here and they NEVER disappoint. I've bought clothes from here from over 4-5 years ago and they still hold up and at MOST the colors will fade.The Customer Service is typical for any fast fashion store.

This olive ole says it closes at 9pm so I got off work and rushed there at 8:40 two ladies are inside (workers) with the doors locked . If the store says it closes at 9 that’s when the doors should be locked it’s misleading and disappointing to ladies that work but want to grab a quick outfit to go out at night !!! I so upset and they just watched me try to get in.

Zero customer service skills and liars. So my friend and I go shopping to this store;- No one is around to help- I choose what I think I want and proceed to request for fitting room access; I'm told they are closed.I mention I might return some stuff if they don't fit (I should have left that part out). I swipe my card and the lady says she put the receipt at the bottom of the bag (this part I did not verify before leaving, was talking to my friend- (mistake 2). Some may say I might have lost the receipt; I know for sure I did not lose it, after purchase I didn't make any stops, I had one goal in mind, dump things in one place, take receipts and put in one place and try my stuff on (had receipts from two other stores)...sure enough receipt from this store was missing. I didn't like nearly most of the stuff I purchased. I wanted to go exchange them but had no receipt.I get off work, I decide to call and explain the situation. The lady I talk to over the phone says if it's an exchange they should be able to help. I bring my debit card and pick other outfits then proceed to the cashier. The cashier was the rudest I have ever met, honestly, zero customer service skills, first lying cashier, and rude.This ghetto looking cashier could have explained the policy in a better way but she insinuated I was lying about the receipt, said the store had closed at 8pm the day of purchase when it actually closed at 9pm (we were some of the last people to leave the store). She rudely said she couldn't help me of course. Needless to say I wasted my trip to this place when they could have just told me on the phone an exchange w/out a receipt is not possible. There was nothing I could do, at this point I had realised it may not be the first time they are scamming a customer. I will have to give the stuff away, hopefully someone will benefit from them. Best money grifting, I'll give them that. Luckily I never have to see these people again.

I literally picked up almost two hundred dollars worth of stuff only to have to put it back because the fitting rooms are closed . Although the issue may sound minimal this store only allows exchanges so i wouldnt be able to get my money back if it doesn’t fit. The owner or staff needs to revise this policy because they just lost a paying customer over something idiotic.

*Patrick Henry mall location*Today, I was shopping for a specific color dress. I walked passed the store and saw exactly what I needed, although I had never been to this store before.No one asked if I needed help, which was fine. When I saw someone though, I went up to her and asked if she could help get a dress down for me. She was immediately annoyed that I asked her to do her job, but whatever - maybe she is having a rough day.She sighed, said yes, then stopped pretending she was about to help me and asked me if I had a mask. If this store or this employee is truly concerned about a mask, why didn’t anyone say anything prior to me entering the store? Why didn’t someone find a solution and bring me an extra mask, or politely inform me that without one, I cannot shop in the store?I don’t carry a mask around with me considering I’m fully vaccinated and it’s not a law or requirement. It was totally understandable for her to ask if I had a mask and to put it on, though.What isn’t understandable or acceptable was this employee’s terrible attitude and rude demeanor. Why even act like you were going to help me in the first place if you had every intention of rudely kicking me out of the store ? Is it really that serious???Instead of helping me, a new customer, find a solution, she kicked me out. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this store.Hope your day turns around!

Manager has 0 customer service skills, not sure why she’s called a manager! Hung up on me when I inquired about corporate policies and contact info ..go figure. I would think Olive ole would at least hire a “manager” with at least the basic customer service skills.

It had a nice option of clothes for casual and clubbing but some of they employees be making you feel uncomfortable and unwanted in they store.
