Yikes. The long haired girl with glasses working here was...awful. Unfriendly, unhelpful, and just flat out rude. She also can't seem to speak clearly, and gets snippy if you didn't hear her. We've been going to the j Clyde location for more than 16 years, and with all these new tobacco shops opening, I had wanted to keep giving Outer Edge my business.

Best shop for your money and experience. Ashley and Shelby know their stuff. There's tons of product to choose from and all the glass is top notch. If you are unsure of something or have a question, Ashley and Shelby go above and beyond to get you an answer. Stop in, browse and ask. Great place for the beginner and pro alike. I won't shop anywhere else for my smoking needs

My visit to Outer Edge was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Both Ashley and Shelby were not only professional but made me feel more like family than a customer, anyone who says otherwise is just hating.

Hampton outer edge is one of my favorite shop to go to. Ashley is the sweetest person to ever ring me up. I love going there. When shelby rings me up she loves talking and she super sweet she always compliments me. I have never met anyone as sweet as Ashley and Shelby. Thank you guys so much!!!!!

Being stalked by someone who legally isn’t allowed to stalk or contact you is one thing, but being stalked by their coworker from this establishment is NOT okay!!!!!!! Her name is Ashley Lovell. I have been attacked and harassed by my boyfriends soon to be ex wife and she has been getting all of her friends to stalk me. As if tik tok doesn’t notify me it’s happening? Either way this place is totally shady! The manager I’m assuming, who stalked me because of an employee, records videos the workers off of security cameras and posts it to tik tok and makes tik toks all day during work hours instead of spending that time to try and bring in customers. Not to mention the tik toks she posts talking smack about the customers also!! Super super creepy vibes. Be careful in this area. A 4 year old boy was kidnapped in this area and never found. Definitely be careful there.

I've shopped at allot of cbd shops, head shops, gift shops,etc. This is my favorite place by far! The employee named Adam was so helpful. In fact I would prefer to shop when he is working! He makes me feel comfortable asking questions about the products I don't know about!
