I would ABSOLUTELY not recommend! All I did was talk on the phone with this lady and I felt SOOOO disrespected. I called to see if they could home sit my 2 dogs so I could go home for Christmas since my husband will be deployed. I told he my dogs could not be boarded somewhere because they have aggression problems towards other dogs and are going to a training program for said problem January 3rd. She says “oh God” (rudely under her breath). I can tell already she doesn’t want my business. She asks where I’m located and then tells me I’m out of her service area(which is fine). I say thanks and she then says “I also would not take my dogs to a training place where you aren’t there, those places use harmful tools”.

Beware of unprofessionalism and dishonesty. A month after being stationed in the HR area, we were in need of boarding for our two dogs. We told them that our small dog doesn’t get along with bigger dogs and puppies, but we were assured that he’d be kept separate, and that it wouldn’t be an issue. Ultimately, another dog attacked our dog and ours required surgery and overnight observation. The vet told us we’re lucky he wasn’t killed. Sandra assured us she’d cover the vet charges (over $1,000), but she never did. We reached out to her many times, and even offered to take repayment in installments. We’re now forced to pursue reimbursement through small claims court.

DO NOT USE PEANUTS!!!! to start they are very disrespectful to both parents and animals! I called to setup an appointment to tour the facility before we boarded our babies and they never showed for the appointment. then when I made it in to see the facility, it wasn't a good place to leave our dogs. Dog p*** everywhere, to include bugs. I asked for a list of all vaccinations we needed and they told me that Petsmart wasn't a good place to take our dogs. When I asked what vet they use they told us a clinic that we had received bad service at and was very expensive. I gave them strick instructions not to give our pets any medications while the dogs stayed with them and if for any reason they needed to go to the vet while they where there to CALL ME. and I would come handle the situation. In which one of our dogs was in need of vet care and they took him to the hospital that I dont like and tried to make me pay for my animals visit. Just same yourself some guilt and dont use them!!!!

We’ve been taking our dog since he was a puppy and she’s been a lifesaver. Always willing to work with us with what ever situation arises.
