I was shopping for a Betta fish and aquarium they really had basic options for the aquariums nothing included everything sold separately nice options of fish very clean and really nice employees

It’s pretty sad that I recommended my mother come to this establishment to inquire about her dogs being bathed and groomed, and she stood there for 15 minutes in the grooming department and no one came out to greet her nor ask if she needed assistance. She said it reeked of marijuana so badly that it immediately turned her off and she walked out. Needless to say my family and I will never bring our business back to any petsmart ever again.

Place has gone in the toilet. Why make 5 appts same time and one person checking you in. My dog doesn't get along with other dogs. I told them that but still had to wait at door with my dog crazy. So bad she ripped her nail in half.

Devon in the grooming department always takes care of my fur baby, Jet. He's very thorough and kind to him, making sure he's happy and comfortable, which means so much to me. Devon always lights up whenever he sees Jet, as he's said he's one of his favorites. I wish we could continue with him, but unfortunately we're moving out of state. Thank you so much Devon for taking care of my boy and making him silky smooth! I highly recommend him for your fur babys' next grooming appointment!

I had my crazy, but lovable, chocolate lab groomed there. They did a wonderful job. Reasonable price.

I brought my standard poodle in to be groomed and Sarah B. did such an amazing job! He's not the easiest to groom so i appreciate the time she took to make him look great! Thank you!

Meia did such a great and amazing job with my standard poodle puppy. This was her first professional haircut done and she came out looking like a brand new puppy. I didn’t even recognize her!!!. Meia, we will definitely request your services again. You’re not only great and very highly skilled, but you’re also very nice, professional and personable. My husband and I love you and the great haircut you gave our little girl. Thank you. You’re the best!!!!!

Very pricey of course. Not keeping up with current trends. Poor location, it's difficult to get to. Always under staffed.I waited 10 mins for an employee to appear, then finally pushed the "call" button. 5 minutes later, a guy walks up to a couple that had just arrived, and asked them how he could help them after looking at me, and then them, he asked them. He was just a pure jerk all the way around.
