terrible experience. Somehow, my contract included keeping the pod at your location, instead of my house which was an error. When i called PODS to change the agreenent to home storage, PODS refused to change it and told me i would hav e to pay for storage even though i didn't use it. I cancelled my POD and it was picked up today. and i hir3ed another Pod company. You have now lost 9 months of rental fees for you refuseal tyo modify the agreement. EVen though i had to pay for a months rentalk, it was worth it to not be overcharged.I will never use PODS again am telling everyone I know to use the local company i changed to.You don't deserve my business.

I was very pleased with the results of the move. The loaders used every nook and cranny of space. They were responsible with my belongings and respectful of my age and limitations. I was informed by POD with emails and texts what the next part of the journey would involve. Each step of the way, I was informed by POD of times, dates, and charges. Very professional and accommodating on changing dates and times. Thank you, POD for all your help. I could not have done this without you!

Please do not use for long term storage, I'm currently paying $240/monthly (and have been for 6 yrs) for a pod in what's supposed to be a climate control storage. Needless to say it absolutely is not climate controlled; my records are melted furniture damaged, guitar is warped/warped collectible electronics in questionable condition (have to return to test them out didn't have the room or time to gather everything) and only realized this due to having to pick up a few items I needed (last month). If you value your things go elsewhere I'm going up to pick the rest of our things by the end of the month, wish I knew how incompetent this company as a whole were/are prior to using their services. Don't waste your money like I did.

PODS was a great option for moving and storing my belongings prior to my home selling. It was easy to schedule and the drivers were respectful when placing the POD in my driveway / did not damage the lawn or driveway. Customer service was helpful in explaining the process and my options for accessing the POD while it was at the storage site.

Worst experience moving. Got a unit for moving cross country. Late delivery on pods by 3 days. Promised expedited delivery when it's not possible on Sunday. Cost is high. The driver who actually dropped the unit finally was great. Needed another unit but went with packrat for the other one. They were better.

Mr. Hick was very punctual and very pleasant to work with. We had an issue with the doors not opening and he quickly resolved it. I’d give him 6 stars ⭐️ but it won’t let me .

In Virginia, James and Jacob did an amazing job on the drop off and pick up. Jacob was very smooth with the lifting and assembling. Extremely friendly, professional, and timely. I’m very appreciative of both of them as well as their support staff Lemond, Kenny, and Dimeco. I would not hesitate to ask for them all again. This container was 8x8x8 and was perfect for my daughter’s college apartment move. I took photos to show everyone how Jacob mastered the day!

Driver was extremely communicative and gave me all of the planning factors I needed to be ready to go. Customer service was incredible. The driver D. Hicks did a great job getting it turned around for me and put into place in no time. Even took the time to turn it around and face the door toward house for me. Cheaper and WAY better than renting a truck for yourself. I've done both and this is the way to go.
