The only location I really like to go to, even though it's kind of far from my house. Manger Quae' and her staff are really friendly and very helpful, more than you can imagine. They are making sure that you are happy and get what you needed before you leave. Quae' is one of the kindest people I have ever known. She is a very hard working person and always ready to help. They are a family there, not just coworkers working. I never leave there without getting what I need at a reasonable price and with perfect quality. The store is always well organized and always smelling good. Everyone who works there knows very well what and where the items are. Once you've been there, you can't go to any other locations. I highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to get good customer service, quality, and affordable prices.

Up until today, I really enjoyed this store. I placed an online order last night for pick up and scheduled my pick up time. When I arrived at my scheduled time, I was advised that they no longer do online orders for pick up and at some point I would receive a refund. At some point???? Since I could not locate the items on the shelves, I asked about their online inventory for this specific store. I was advised that their online inventory is never correct like other retailers.?????? I’ve generally found that quality retailers keep their inventory updated since it can impact customer service and reflects the level of shrink for the store. The employee’s solution to my order problem was to tell me to have a good day otherwise known as IDK and you’re SOL.

I love Popself. It is refreshing. The items are great for decorating your home and gift giving. I go to pOpself at least 2x a week. Can you bring one store to Norfolk Va. I don't want to have to stop going to other cities to shop at Popshelf.

Another corporation that loves to waste and send products to the landfill.If you are wondering why they were closed, it's because of a fire extinguisher incident that damaged some merchandise, which somehow caused them to fill two giant open top dumpsters full of perfectly good products which would have all been sent to the landfill had certain individuals not helped lighten the load.Supporting waste on this level is disgusting, when products could have been donated to those in need, they'd rather write it all off for insurance and then protect it as if they didn't intend to let it all rot.
