Everybody at the dealership is so friendly, helpful, and not pushy. Special mention of Donna, who did a fabulous job of managing the service of my car - very friendly AND knowledgeable, and very down to earth as well. Just the service that was needed, a much needed courtesy wash, etc. Couldn't be happier...

For the most part I have good experiences; however this time during my visit I was not satisfied. I made an appointment 2 weeks prior to be told the day off that the foreman that needed to look at my vehicle couldn't do it and that I would need to bring my vehicle another day. This is an inconvenience due that I had already taken time off my job to attend this appointment to be told it couldn't be done. Just like your time is valuable so is mine so I didn't appreciate that. Then I requested a courtesy wash, was told it would get done. When my service rep came to give me my keys, I read on my paper work that I had received my complementary wash, but when I got to my vehicle, surprise no wash. I did go back to let my service rep know and he did offer to get it done, but it would take more times, so I declined. I had already spent 2 hrs there thinking I was getting the services I had requested when in reality all I was able to get done was my oil change. So, yes, this visit was a little disappointing.

My salesman was Austin and he was very personable. I was waiting on monies to come in from a source, and he kept in contact with me the whole time. He even called me on his day off to see if he needed to come in. He made sure that I got the color car I wanted. I am very pleased with the great service that I received. It was a pleasure working with Austin.
