There have been multiple occasions where the food we ordered is made wrong. If you are paying $17 for a burger, it should be made properly. I don’t complain often but this location is not a good representation of Rally’s.

The Hampton location use an AI for ordering at the drive-thru. It's confusing to understand if they have correctly taken your order. You sometimes have to verify & correct the communication issues at the pay window. Why order at one place if you have to reorder at the next window?Secondly, I do not understand what the problem with milkshakes being offered but not able to order? They get a significant profit margin on shakes & such so I don't get why it's not of the upmost importance to maintain that equipment.

Probably the cleanest location I’ve visited. The workers were nice and the food was fresh.

We stopped here to eat for we don't have one in our state, they have there fish advertised as 2 for $5, they didn't even know how to ring it up correctly. And the good tasted like it had been sitting for a while, fries weren't that warm but we ate anyways for we were heading out of town that evening.

Gave me old chicken. Nice about it though. To return there n get a refund. Dried out, old looking chicken strips. It's sad because i was so hungry n still couldnt eat it. So disappointed....... Sorry to say.

Food gets to you fast and one of the very few fast food places that has Mr. Pibb! The dining area has an isolated place that can be opened to the outside on nice days!

This place is hood. They didnt even want to give you napkins. The new chicken tenders were over cooked an hard as a rock. The time it took to get the food you would think you would've gotten fresh food. That was a no-go. The only thing i could say was good was the drinks..

Cheeseburger cold and cheese was not melted. It was like the ghetto there. No one cleaned the tables stood in line for 20 minutes before someone came and took my order and prices too high for the size of the burger
