Joshua helped me out today, incredibly patient and polite. I usually have issues shopping for any kind of shoe due to larger wider feet but he helped me go through multiple pairs trying to help me find the right fit, ended up ordering one they didnt have in stock that we decided should fit well.

I went to Red Wing to get Steel Toe Boots for my new job, when I arrived I was greeted almost immediately and taken care of by a sales associate named Hoang Thai he really knew his stuff and helped me get the perfect pair boots at a good price. I highly recommend this hampton location and that employee in particular, very nice and friendly and a lot of experience with work boots I could tell. 🥾

Walked in today, knew nothing about the type of boots sold here, I just needed a pair for my work and Cal was super knowledgeable and personable! She fit me with the perfect pair of boots, definitely recommend coming here!

Great service! As soon as I entered, I was welcomed with a friendly greeting. The sales rep—I think their name was Cal (looking at the receipt)—was awesome. She measured my feet, listened to what I was looking for, and set me up with exactly what I needed. She definitely deserves praise for her excellent service. I will be shopping at your store again whenever my family or I need quality footwear.
9 months and going strong, great boots and great service! I dropped mine off at the store to change the speed hooks to eyelets (my preference). Got them back and amazed at the craftsmanship, hand done in the shop by Cal. Better than when I bought them. Thank you and Well Done!!

I called to see if they had any size 14 composite toe boots that I could try on and they said it would be too hard for them to go back and look on the shelf and that I should drive all the way there. I already know it's difficult to find size 14's and that's why I called.

Helllloooo Red wing 🪽 viewers! Me and my family went to visit red wing store in hampton virginia on 3/28/25..Mrs.Dee was there on shift, from the time me and my family walked inside the store the tone was set with a greeting and smiles. The knowledge that she shared with me and lil man to make our work and his basketball 🏀 life soo much more comfortable.. Mrs. DEE measure my foot and and lil man foot to make sure we comfortable. The experience with trying on a shoe was definitely different!! Thank you thank you Mrs. DEE. I also bought the Irish leather boots 👢with correct size, soo comfortable and a great choice. I recommend this Red Wing 🪽 in hampton virginia on coliseum drive.. Ask for Mrs. DEE.

I've been in twice in the past 6 months. Both times, i bought new boots for work.
The customer service is top-notch.
They measure your feet and take care of you with a friendly demeanor the entire time. I tried on many different boots,and at no point did I ever get an indication that I was too much or annoying.
It is truly a great location. I can't say enough about the kind staff.
There is an African American gentleman with dreads ( I wish I got his name), a class act guy, and had a phenomenal attitude.

Very professional store. Cal was the one who helped me. As soon as I asked to try on a pair of boots, she measured my feet with this really cool electric foot pad device and to my surprise, it was 100% accurate. I’ve never seen or experienced a store that puts so much effort into their customers. I will continue to go to this store over the years anytime I need boots
