Definitely give this store customer service a 1 star, the delivery men were very nice & came quick to do their job, but as far as the staff in store answering the phone very rude. They hung up in my face twice, when I called back to tell them I’m coming in store because they keep hanging up on me they took that as a threat and told me they were going to call the police on me. Very rude. After one missed payment they go straight to the court house saying I refuse to pay even when I told them I will pay them when I get paid , they insisted and told me to go sell my body and ask family/friends for money.

These first representative who handled my mattress was amazing which made me want to order again so I did well this time it was for a sectional for just a penny down ( I had no problem paying if it was more but keep in mind I’m going off of what my contract stated as well as the website). Well, it said I have a payment of 40 something odd dollars coming out my account on 9/02 so when the rep called he stated that I would have to pay an extra 140 down then he lied and said it was on the website well I looked and nothing so I called back to anyone but him well he answers and has the nerve to get an attitude and speak to me like he lost his mind. Sir, you need to quit your job and go into something that fits the lack of personality you have. I cancelled my order with a smile. My mattress will be first and last item I buy.

We are a military family and just moved into a house in the area. Our furniture/furnishings were delayed and we literally had nothing to sit on. We called and spoke with Angie at RAC and within a couple of hours we had furniture in the house. We were just going to rent for a month but liked what she sent so much we just purchased the items outright. I can't thank Angie enough for the help and urgency she showed in getting us fixed up. It was so worth calling RAC.

Transparent moment!! Although my experience started off rocky, manager Angie took care of my situation promptly and professionally. She regained my trust and confidence in the company and that one bad apple doesn’t spoil the bunch. Happy customer again!!
