Horrible pharmacy. Hand carried 2 prescriptions in approximately one week ago still not filled. Electronic prescription sent on Sunday I know they aren’t open so I waited till 3 pm at least 6 hrs. On Monday. Before going. They still haven’t filled it. This has happened many times since starting with them in October, 2024. I left with one filled prescription I automatically called in. But left without the 3 prescriptions. I asked for them to be ready tomorrow all 3 guess I will see tomorrow this will be my last time getting prescriptions there I will change pharmacies. The front cashiers at the entrance are friendly.

Horrible pharmacy, I have had so many issues every single month to get my prescriptions refilled. Either they never respond to requests to refill from the Rite Aid app or when I arrive it is not ready even though I requested it days ago. Go somewhere else.

Hi!
Just wanted to share that I live very close to this store.
I walk to shop there.
The staff are super friendly.
Down home kinda feel in this store.
My son has autism he needs calm, low key stores. I can take him in there without worries. I would drive across town to shop there.
Worth a trip! Gina.

I wish I could rate zero stars. The pharmacy is rude as hell!! I called up there got placed on hold three times. The third time, I got hung up on after being on hold for 10 minutes I guess I didn’t answer fast enough for her when she said hello. My fourth time calling, I was able to get a hold of somebody I was trying to find a pin that she claimed to be on my insurance card but it was not. So she said to come up there so they can look at it which sounded very condescending. I’m not stupid, I can see clear as day if there would be a pin on my insurance card. I just left urgent care with a fracture and I needed to know if I would be paying out of pocket for what was prescribed to me. Rude asf and not helpful at all I definitely will stick to Walgreens.

Please don’t ever close this store!!!! The associates are so friendly and my prescriptions are always in stock. I live in the neighborhood and this store very much feels like “the neighborhood shop”. We love our Kecoughtan Rite Aid!

Rizalina Alfajara the absolute WORST UNPROFESSIONAL in management i have ever seen in my life!
and her FRIENDs that were socializing and hanging around the store not only followed but harassed me throughout the store today!
I was not the only shopper (and decided not too and play along with them today) in the store but for some reason decided to pay me ALL THE ATTENTION!
Which made it very uncomfortable and weird that everytime i looked up THEY were there , around or on the same isle.
When confronted they RIZALINA acted as if she had no clue as to what i was talking about but I pay attention to my surroundings and am not dumb so I had to ask for corporate number
Got to my car and it was the WRONG NUMBER I had to go back in and get the correct number from her
Next time I go inside IF it happens again im going to give her alot of work to do in the store!!!
Because it was NOT APPRECIATED
not ALL BLACK PEOPLE STEAL or HAVE to STEAL MS. ALFAAJARA!!

I reordered my prescription for Vitamin D3 10 days ago! Every time I called or drove up there, I was told it was out of stock or in process of being refilled. I went there AGAIN today at noon and was told "It's almost ready" so I came back 4 HOURS LATER and guess what, IT WASN'T READY. I was told to drive around so she could service the other cars...NO PROBLEM. When I came back, she said your refills are for "tablets" but they only have "capsules" therefore they will not refill my prescription until my physician sends another order stating "capsules". Keep in mind they filled my original prescription w/CAPSULES despite it saying "TABLETS" on the bottle. They knew this 10 days ago and did NOTHING! It's Rite Aid's responsibility to contact physicians for prescription clarification not the customer. Nonetheless, I reached out to my physician regarding this matter. Now, I'm a week late taking my medication due to Rite Aid's Pharmacy INCOMPETENCE!

Love the Rite Aid but the pharmacy tech first hung up on my aunt. Then when my aunt called to ask if her prescription was ready she said not yet and hung up before my aunt could ask.
But the worst was when the pharmacy tech asked me for my aunt DOB for her NON - NARCOTIC COUGH SYRUP and told me there was no prescription there for her when I got the year wrong. Seriously?!?! I gave you her name, her month and year, who called it in and what the prescription was for and you couldn’t say “are you sure about the year?” Come on! I have been up with her since 4 am. Have some grace.

The front cashier Barbara is extremely prejudice. I was waiting in line with my two year old right behind another gentleman. He was quite impatient and he walked off to ring the bell for assistance. Barbara came right up and when I say she babied this man. She literally treated him as if he were a baby just for waiting not even two minutes. I had no issues waiting it is what it is. When it got to me her whole demeanor changed. Barbara looked at me in disgust didn’t even apologize to me even with me being with child. I asked her to help me find some children vitamins and she called for assistance but was ready and willing to walk off and help the other man. ( needless to say they are both Caucasian ). I just feel like the right people are needed in customer service and if Barbara only wants to service Caucasian customers , she needs to visit the 1800s. FIRE HER. Disgusting personality.

I went to the two competitors for a medication. I asked if they have an over the counter equivalent. Both looked at the bottle I had and said no. Rite aid took a much different approach. The pharmacy representative looked at my bottle and said yes then showed me what I needed. She even compared the two and explained they both are the same medication.
Customer service, attitude and professionalism at its very best.

The associate took time to make sure I knew I was eligible for $10.00 off my next purchase & showed me the coupon on my receipt. This was most helpful & kind.
