If you're not going to give us an accurate estimate as to when our prescriptions are going to be ready, then get rid of the automated phone calls and texts! The pharmacy techs here are nice but very nonchalant and don't understand why we would be upset if our prescription isn't ready even though we got a call or text saying that it's ready. I don't think this Pharmacy understands how serious this is. This could seriously hurt someone.

The pharmacy here is awful, staff are rude and disrespectful. Eating and drinking behind the desk and have the worst attitude. We will not be coming back here ever!

The employees go out of their way to fill rx’s and assist customers.

Not bad going to them, but the pharmacy hates to use the freaking phone. They put you on hold forever or just hang up before you can talk to someone. Why is that? Some people can't always get out like that, so they have to use the phone to find out if they have something ready at the pharmacy.

I wish zero stars was an option. The never got me my meds, even after 16 days. I transferred my scripts somewhere else and will never do business here again.

The pharmacy needs some customer service training. The woman at the drive thru didn’t even speak to me but stared at me until I gave her my name. I gave her my last name and she said, “ok, what’s the first name?” In a tone like I should have known she needed both.
They filled the wrong insurance for the second time and she said I had to come inside. Last time I did not have to come inside. They fixed it. Gave me my meds and I was on my way.
I guess I’m just shocked after having been at an appointment with spectacular customer service to then come here and have none.
Time for some training Rite Aid!

*update*
Spoke with the pharmacy management and they seem just as annoyed having to deal with a customer.
She then said it was a language barrier.
And I suggested the cashier then be trained. If she isn't understanding something to get another associate, he might be able to understand the language being spoken better"
She shrugged and said" is there something else I could do for you"
The only reason this pharmacy gets so busy is because it's the only one in the area.
I specifically asked for a time frame as my daughter is in pain with an ear infection and has just gotten ear drops called in. The woman at the drive-thru just repeated " you'll get a call or text when it's ready" as if she was And automated message. The opposite of personable.
I've also never heard of a pharmacy not being able to give you a time frame.. whatever happened to just waiting until the prescription was ready? Is that not a thing in 2024??

I’ve never had a problem with any of the employees but the pharmacy is terrible. My BP medication was getting low so I put in a refill. 4 days later the pharmacy tech explains it is not refillable. I have to wait until I only have two days left. She said it would be ready the next day. The next day I called because I was out and the woman who answered put me on hold for 13 minutes. I hung up and had to call back only to find out they don’t even have it in stock. I called my doctor and then I switched everything to CVS. It is not a surprise why so many Rite Aids are closing.
